It looks like it’s bubbling with primordial life!

We started growing with Espoma 20 years ago and had great results, kinda wonder why we didn’t switch back after we stopped DWC.

Your plans are going to love that Tea bro!!

That’s, uh, pretty foamy haha.

I actually don’t put any stock into foamy-ness. Some of my compost teas get foamy, others don’t. I assume that has something to do with the compost I use for any given tea, but I really don’t think how foamy they get is an indicator of how affective they are. They all seem to work very well, foamy or not.

I’m pretty sure I’ve posted this link here before, but if I haven’t, you should check it out: http://microbeorganics.com/

Something I noticed years ago was that adding fish emulsion to my teas affected how foamy they got. I can’t remember now if it made them less or more foamy haha, but in any event, I only use EWC/compost and molasses for all of my teas now.

I am using Oly fish compost and brown sugar which both seem to make it extra frothy, I doubt it has any meaning besides looking cool. Also EWC, some dirt from my bins and some doots and dashes of other stuff

Brown sugar? Like in lieu of molasses? I may have to look into that. I’ve been having trouble finding organic molasses lately (found a bottle at my local Albertsons recently that was over a year expired haha; WTF? Year+ expired products on the shelves?).

Do you use the brown sugar at the same ratio as molasses?

@minitiger
If you have a animal feed store I believe hog farmers use it

Use what? Molasses? Or brown sugar?

I actually drove past a feed store a while back, but I can’t remember where I was or where I was going when I saw it haha. I even said to my girl,”Look! A feed store! I can probably get barley mulch and kelp and shit there cheap!” Maybe she’ll remember where we were, I’ll ask her.

Honestly idk I just add whatever sugar is to hand, organic or not, whether molasses, brown sugar, or white sugar, in that order of preference. Usually add about a quarter cup of molasses or a few tablespoons of brown/white to a four gallon brew. I’m strictly a vibes guy in general when it comes to measurements and I just err on the lower side of most to try and hit the rule of least input or whatever that’s called

Sorry molasses I believe black strap

I am pretty sold on this ProMix and soil blend with fabric pots and bottom watering for veg, this growth is fantastic and health is as well, maybe the best veggers yet. One interesting genetic thing is that you can see all of the three in the front row are the CBG plants and they’re all showing purple-red striations on the newest growth tips. The Blueberry x T1000 from @iamyou_youareme is looking very dinosaur in the back left, big hopes for some old school blueberry with that morphology:

I had only one autoflower make it, I think I am too rough for these delicate sprouters but the Malana DGAF they are charging ahead. The surviving Grizzly Grapes x CDLC got up potted to a 3G cloth pot where it’ll get top dressed and mulched in a week or two once it pops up taller.

Man that blue moonshine is thin leaved AF! Gonna be hard to verify that against the also thin leaved snow lotus that’s in the blue Tara. But you might have it! ^^

Any ideas on stem rubs from the one(s) you think might be it?

I have to get in there and start giving them a rub, I’ll try to find out today when I move and water them, I wanted to take them out for some photos individually since it’s been a week or two and they’ve filled out since their tying up and defoliation. I don’t know much about the Snow Lotus mom but I’m very interested in finding and growing more F2s or OPs of Bodhi’s work with it, I also like the OMG mom but SL in my experience is a very nice daytime indica, so smooth and blissy. Where is the thin leaf pheno coming from in SL, I would imagine the Hawaiian in Afgooey?

Yeah, you’re right, looking kinda prehistoric. The BB from Archive has a leaf crinkle too, I think I see that going on with one or two of the leaves, so let’s hope for a BB leaner! Looking healthy dude!

Those are the OC V2 CBG with the purple red striations? The one I ran out ended up darker than anything I’ve grown. Black stems, leaf, calyx the whole 9 yards

Crinke leaf is definitely a blueberry trait and one I look for!

It’s OC V2 on the right front, Rhinestone Villain in the middle and Villain OG on the left, if I’m remembering correctly. So all related through Bernabeo

Oh that’s so generous of you! I’d love that, I’ll send you a DM about it

Really excited to watch those CBG babies grow… especially since I have some of those seeds in hand!
