New job means Daddy Dirt gets a new light as a treat! Ordered one of those slick new Viparspectra XS1500 with the lenses so 150w covers a small tent pretty nice and evenly, they look banger and I needed at least one more small light, I might order a few more if I can keep using the $50 coupon and DRMJCOCOPRO code that brought it down to $83 shipped, damn close to 50 cents a watt for good LEDs is hard to beat!

Haha, unfortunately I don’t think that exists anymore. It seems to be the do more with less motto for most occupations nowadays, work that used to be done with 6 people is now made to get by with 3-4. Older people retire, let’s just dissolve that position and divvy up their workload between whoever is left.

Guys! I just popped 4/4 seeds for the first time in a while, I think I really have been neglecting the advice to use a sterile medium, because this time I scuffed and rinsed the seeds in H202 solution then water, but no prolonged soak. I placed them in Jiffy pucks moistened with weak H202 solution (1:20?) and under dome in a clean stainless bowl, with an Inkbird keeping things at a steady 80-85 degrees inside. After three days this is what I’ve got, these are the coop Durban Poison (Dutch Passion, by @guitarzan):
That is a weak solution of Maxicrop kelp, Mr Fulvic, and MegaCrop and I’ll unwrap them tonight and place into 3” tall square pots with a very light mix.
I will pop 4-6 more seeds to double check the success rate with this technique, and as long as it is good, I’m going to get the Vortex F1s going in 2-3 sprouting batches for the Coop I committed to last year.

Pollinated a full main branch on all three girls in flower with the AKBB Hawaiian Cat Piss pollen, used the whole packet going over them twice with a brand new acid brush from the dollar store that I got for this, when I go back in I’ll hose down the whole tent heavily turn the fans on and call it a night. Tomorrow I’ll do the Garlic Dog on another set of branches, really hoping this works!

The best part is that it involves some event booking and we’re in a place with legal weed so I can maybe even do some sort of industry or homegrower meetups after I’ve been there a while and sussed out how receptive the owner would be to that, on-premises consumption licenses are here but I don’t think we’d ever be able to get one, but the culture? We could do that maybe

Not quite as cozy as Jason Vorhees burlap sack with the odd eye hole cut out, but equally as handsome. You think if his mom really cared for him, she would have found something a bit less scratchy.
