I would like to see the reference to the law that says it is recreational, medicinal and ”free” for everyone above 18 before I start to celebrate. After the pandemic I will know for myself but that doesn’t compute exactly with what I know, but I would love to be wrong, it’s been a dream of mine for a long time to see it free like that in Thailand. Do you mind showing some references to those statements? All the best

Recreational is still illegal, as you needs medical card. But it is available everywhere.
Govt planed to allow recreational last year 2020. but the virus has put everything on hold.
But once you have a card, you can buy from the govt pharmacy. Licenses also needed
To grow at the moment, but will change later this year to add home growing by adults.
My info was pre emptive. .

I apologize for interrupting here but must say that this is one hell of a thread. It’s as addicting as it is fascinating!! @StocktonT you got it down bro!

Yes, my point was nothing other than it’s not legal recreationally and it’s not ”just to get a card” if you are not Thai, maybe it will be but it isn’t how it is now, my only point. As I said, I sure hope it will be as free as tomatoes but I wait until it’s in the law before I would consider it so. I know it’s all around and it’s not hard to get ganja, that wasn’t the discussion. We’ll see how it pans out! Peace
