Ditto on the Lemon Thai. I was gonna grab the Triangle Ć LT but went with the Chemd/GSC Ć LT instead. Donāt know why because I donāt usually go for anything GSC.

That one sounded really good, but I just went with two packs of the straight Lemon Thai f5. Also grabbed one pack of those Big Sur Holy Bud reproductions, if theyāre still available. $250 is very steep, but I donāt see seeds of the BSHB around very often, if ever.

Iām really excited for these. Really, all of the hybrid work sounded incredible, so I just had to select packs based on the gaps I have in my garden at the moment. Ill be popping these at thje end of the month. Woohoo!
I just finished my run with the Strawberry Milk breeder cut. Needless to say its really nice. The potency wasnt high, but I think I can improve it after dialing it in. But it definitely has a super complex terpene profile consisting of kerosine, pepper, sweetness, and a slight strawberry nose. It almost combines to form a funky sweet cheese profile? The standout traits are taste and headspace. The OG kerosine-sharpie notes last for a very long time on the palette, and the high is incredibly medicinal and stress relieving even on the worst of days. The bud also improves during the aging process rather than degrading like many modern hybrids.
The medium-ish potency of the flower I have would make for great intermediate smoke. It would surely show the medicinal side of cannabis, even to those who have doubts due to inexperience with quality genetics. I had some very stressful days these past few weeks and It really helped quell stress better than anything else I had on hand. If I were to hunt a cross with this mom, Id definitely be looking for the momās headspace in the keeper cut.

Unless youāre a med patient, potencyās overrated, in my opinion. Most of the weed Iāve grown has tasted so good that I wanna KEEP smoking it, but I get so baked that I canāt haha. Especially if it tastes like
I wanna blaze that. A lot. All the time haha. I mean, Iāve grown one strain where, no matter what, you just werenāt going to get very high. But if itās a strain that takes six hits to get me as high as something else that takes only three hits, I may actually choose the āsix-hitter,ā if it tastes amazing.

Well Iām happy to report that the tops were much more potent than the lowers that I was sampling. I ran these without defoliation, but will definitely do some pruning during the next round to get more light on the lowers.
Bandaid Haze will be my smoke of choice today while I hang/mud/sand drywall. Also just got the shipping notification for the LT5 and hybrids. So excited for this one!

I wouldnāt say that at all. What Archive has a monopoly on is reputation as the best (and also the most overrated depending in who you ask). Next Generations Nurseries (wholesale only) supplies dispos like Kind Heart. I just moved back to OR (PDX) a year ago, and unfortunately am not in a spot with space to grow, so I havenāt really been looking hard but have started regretting a feel and PDXWEEDZ (Progressive Collective) seems to have a pretty large selection with rotating stock. It seems like the big nurseries only fuck with dispos and commercial farms (some make an exception for med cards). Pacific Green Growers show some of the dispensaries they supply on their site, so you can see if they have anything you want and then ask the shop if they can get it for you. You search the menu sites (leafly, weed maps, etc) and see everyoneās clone listing. Not even sort of a monopoly. Iāve been told Eugene, Bend, and Hood River all have solid spots for clones as well. Itās a good excuse to hit the road for a day!
As far as Archieās clone practices go, I couldnāt say. I havenāt worked within OLCC and METRC, so Iāve got no idea what hoops have to be jumped through. I also donāt really trust bud tenders to know fuck all about the grow/clone side of things, but that comes from, years of working retail and knowing how often we just told people shit to tell people shit. What I do know as someone whoās been (primarily lurking) on the forums since the OG OG, is that Fletcher has long had a reputation for having a bonkers library. He always had a pretty divisive personality lol, but a lot of people hated him just for having the cash to travel around and build that library.
Point in saying all that, is that while Iāve no idea if clones coming from Archive are seed runs or cuts, Iād be genuinely shocked to find out Fletcher is giving bogus cuts to breeders like Doc D.
Itās been so absurdly hard getting Docs emails for months and months, while I donāt have a spot to grow (or steady work lol). Iāve got a friend finally paying off an old debt and was hoping to put some of it to LT crosses, but reading through this thread (Iām finally regularly coming here and making up for lost time) has me shook about how quickly things sell out.
