I was thinking back to the days of ‘wet’, smokes or joints dipped in embalming fluid or pcp I think.
Somewhere in a seed waiting to be sorted. It’s not going to come from one of these breeders piggybacking off legal grows in the desert.

It’s going to come from breeding operations by real breeders. Not everyone is happy selling legal lies and garbage while the people growing legit herb have to watch who they talk to to stay alive. Cultural differences.

skunks are nice, 30 years ago there was a skunk that smelled oh so nice, dank and had the dead skunk smell, strong knock you in your face smell. straight skunk, to this day i have never found anything like it, i remember it was white and real sticky, the weed came from some dead heads i would grab smoke from.
ive grown out many skunks to find it and nothing touches it, im still looking for that real stink.
id grow them out for sure, maybe one day ill find that skunk again

I always wanted to grow something skunky but looking around, it’s hard to know where to start… because everywhere you look there’s a different answer.

the only way to have skunk back publicly would be if some pollen chucker found it by accident, or if regular Joe finds an old ammo box of seeds in his grandfather’s shed…
I do believe old seeds and clones of it exist, by unknown characters or very tightly held by individuals…
I’ve heard rumors of it not being for public release or something

Lucky for me I never had a legendary skunk that haunts me from the past. I just like when I get skunky smelling stuff so I want to grow something. Just haven’t pulled the trigger yet on buying some

Sadly nowadays 99% of stuff with skunk in the name will be sweet or hay.
Skunky plants are somewhat common though, they come in various lines and even in unsuspected places thanks to weirdo recombination of genes lol
