Does anyone have any skunk genetics

Lmfao. That’s messed up. I would never talk to that dude again. But nah, this dude’s not a shitty person, just old school. He doesn’t do pictures, either.

I’ve some other old friends in ct still running Early Pearl and DJ Shorts Blueberry. I’ve tried talking them into trying some up-to-date lines — and sharing a cut of their Blueberry — and they’ve no interest in either one. I should see if they’d be down to pollinate one whole Blueberry plant, if I supply the pollen and purchase the whole lot up front.

agseedco.com has original Skunk 1 ibl seeds. It’s todd Mccormicks company. These are from original Skunk 1 stock from Sam given to Mel frank and reworked by Todd. Also ak bean brains has some classics. I am currently growing the Skunk 1 x super Skunk and it’s very unique. Also in Alaska is acc/heime cheeba with the roadkill.

Back when skunk1 was first sold, there was also a skunk2.
1 being sweet, and still around
2 rumored to be rank, acrid. Rare, it was only offered for a couple/few years

Could be a new cross, wordplay on skunk1 etc depends of the source

Cheers

Does anybody remember da bean co. ? Specifically warrior - mango x California indica

"Smell of this cross for the most part is very skunky with some phenos producing sweet mango undertones. Great long lasting effects. High resin content even on the small shade leaves. This cross is much sturdier than the pure mango and won’t need as much staking.

Mango x California Indica
Indoor 45-55 Days
Outside End September - Oct 10
Limited, not to be released again"

Which begs the question: Can sweet x sweet = non sweet skunk?
:exploding_head: lol

Yes I do, that was a killer strain, my mentor had it for at least 6-7 years. Was such a great high, miss that stuff. I’d love to get my hands on a pack for nostalgias sake. And I know for a fact it would blow his mind to walk in with a bag of that skunky goodness. I seem to recall it being immensely hard to hide that scent, cut through everything. We had a couple P’s in his truck and drove out to the thousand islands. No joke the whole drive home (and the next week at least) that cab just DANKED! Permeated our clothes, everything I can only imagine what we smelled like walking into restaurants, stores etc. Lmao

Thank you for confirming it stank !!
Last time I grew straight mango there was a couple of mango-lightly skunky ones. Very interesting, I may have to do some mango pollen chucks on stuff I have, see where it gets me.

Amazing

Please let me know how you make out. Sounds very intriguing, we gotta breed the skunk back into the skunks lol

Have you started on this? Is the skunk #1 from authentic genetics? Is the UFS F1 from nature farms or F2 from OG

I’m not sure about the original breeders; I received them through OG members. This spring, I’ll be showcasing a Skunk the Neighborhood grow where I’ll be running 6-8 skunk related strains, looking for the smelliest few plants of the bunch for breeding purpose.

If you go through a jack’s distributors it’s possible to get a 25lb bag for a little over 50 bucks last time I bought it. In the northeast griffin greenhouse supply has it.
