Education level

I’m not a millenial but the urban ones have it rough even if many of them are the way you claim (which many are.)

Entry level houses are a million dollars.

The shittiest illegal basement apartments with 6’ ceilings are over 1000 (I know, I was a landlord for awhile).

And they need degrees to work those 40k jobs.

Good luck affording a car. Or children.

I am not a fan of their plaid and music and hipster ways though

All the best.

Super late to this train but…

After over a decade of not using my degree I dropped more than 50 k on, I think its 50% worth it .
It took so long because while in school I got good with a different career path making good money.

Almost 15 years later I started at the bottom (Rap song) =) and not even half way to the top!
Now mind me this new path did not need a degree but experience and I got that in 8 years.

Long story short im glad I experiencedsome College but glad I went the route in Certifications  much cheaper.

Sorry for my little rant.

It’ll be a masters of science in the medical field somewhere. Don’t want to be too specific.

No worries bud, that’s really cool. Takes a ton of hard work so really an accomplishment you can be proud of.

Took a few years off after high-school worked a bunch of factory line work. Hated it. Quit. Went to school for adventure recreation and park operations then got into natural resources and environmental law inspection and enforcement then graduated and got into home building and farming. Pointless education but heck the parties were worth it and police have a damn hard time taking advantage of me after my law education.

The acquisition of knowledge is always a good thing even if you don’t end up using it IMO.

Went to college. Sociology and history.
I was a pretty good student until my final year.
I worked all my schooling, drank a lot, took drugs, went crazy, got into trouble all the time, but I still did my homework. In my last year, I’ve seen the devil will take his share. I paused college, boarded a ship, and sailed. Then I drank and took drugs along all the parallels and meridians.
And suddenly I stopped with all that shit. Without effort and toil. There was a kind of jump in my head.
I didn’t finish college and it’s not that I’m too sorry. I’m sorry I didn’t develop skills with my hands. And a mind that would be in tune with those skills

We are all a work in progress. :sunglasses: (but some do work harder than others)

Yeah, but effort and willingness to progress are not the only variable in the equation.Sometimes they are not even the main ones.
And that’s good part :upside_down_face:
