Perhaps you should give them just pHed water, they maybe look with a little overfeeding , they are still young. Also have those, pulling a seat , good luck and best wishes …
As @George1961stated…back off the Nutes until established, WATER ONLY for maybe TWO weeks!!! Too much Nutes and they will literally go into “shock” and keel over, never to be heard from again. Think…you wouldn’t give a newborn a shot of Coffee, would you? Same principle. Easy does it. Stay safe/be well.
Yeah, they’re 2 weeks in now. So I figured the minimal amount to swing the ph back into range wasn’t going to matter. Much easier than going out to get fresh distilled to mix some water to top off/adjust.
See what happens, worst case I’ll pop two more, but for now the new growth is still green… Just wait and see what happens.
Two more BT up. Pretty sure the smallest is toast now. Stalled, two biggest leaves have died off. Those 2 tiny new leaves are stagnant same today as they were when the burn happened.
Burple should be forbidden for pics , no way to see if you have some great plants, deficiency, excess, yellow leaves or even bugs with them , that is quite frustrating …
Right now just topping off/amending. Roughly weekly change.
Once better established in veg they’ll go into bigger more dwc like reservoirs - right now just old-school kratky method.
Top right has the exhaust, these doors fit loose so bottom up airflow along the front. Just adjusting to see how it reacts to the 3rd light, may add a 2nd in the other top corner. With 2 lights - there’s enough passive flow to keep temps only 3-5° above ambient. 3 is needing some help.
I have to respectfully disagree with you on the blurple ban George…
As a diagnostic tool blurple can be very useful.
You can sometimes ‘see’ things under blurple before they are evident under normal light. Our Mark 1 eyeball has a different response curve than a CCD camera so it can be difficult capturing images to document.
{edit} OK, in hindsight that sort of supports your initial point.
Thanks for preserving them much obliged - missed the seed run sign up but luckily shadey had a few extras once they arrived it was pretty much “un fait accomplis” that they were getting popped right away! Let’s just hope I can grow something worthy with them!
Struggle this week, humidity is staying super low. Adding piezo cooler exasperated it, so added in an airstone for now. Yes checked against a normal hygrometer
Got humidity up around 40% now. Everything exploded - caps on the buckets (more humidity for roots) + more humidity in the cabinet made them explode with new growth since yesterday afternoon.
