Get the citric acid but hold up for now on using it. You may not have to. Or only use it on the one plant for now maybe. Really I wouldn’t touch a thing.

I agree. I’m just gonna leave them be high pH or not.

pH is down! 6.0 to 6.1! The coffee worked. Besides the acidity in coffee it has Nitrogen in it which also helps lower pH
I’m starting to see different phenotypes. There’s a few plants that to me looks to be Transkei dominant which would lean towards the Afritiva side of the genetics.
It’s a more bushy sturdier plant due to the high wind climate that it originated in. I posted a single pic of it below. Also these plants are growing! Notice how much taller the middle plant is compared to the other day. (The one with the arrow in it). Thanks!

@corey Hey brother, I know you said the coffee was effective at lowering pH; did you do more than one treatment with it?
I just pH’d my soil and it’s at 6.9+. I’ve got 4 cups of coffee boiling in a gallon of H2O, and since you’ve done this recently here, I’d just like to know if you have any other tips.
I’m in 100% organic soil currently, so I’m hesitant to use pH down.
If you don’t want to clutter up the thread, let me know if you prefer a PM.

coffee background lowers your ph in addition and rich in nitrogen which is super good for your plants not in full bloom minimum dosages important and always mix with water never put on the ground because it creates mold from the gospel according to shabang :joy::green_heart:

Hey bud. I just did the one drench. Nothing fancy at all. It’s recommended to use 50 cold coffee and 50 percent water. I did 25 percent coffee but I hard boiled it for 25 minutes to get everything I could out of it. Hope this helps. Absolutely post here. If you have any questions I would love to help if I can. Give it a few days after you apply it. If your using a pH tester with the probes leave it the soil for a day.

Awesome, thank you. How big a swing did you get after the drench, and how quickly? I feel like I could push my down my 3/4 of a point or more.
edit: I read your post that said you got it down to 6! That’s exactly what I’m looking for. Gracias my friend.

I got about 2 feet on each side of the tent that I can utilize to spread plants out. After that I’m gonna be tieng plants down. This tent is going to be past the overgrow stage. Whatever it is we will proceed!!
