Again, I think it’s just “Over your Head”
If Big Canna is producing this and paying tax up and down the line, to the 3-dollar gram at the pot shop.
They don’t give a shit about this
It’s common sense
But again “Voter’s” in your state have to vote for cannabis rights

that’s why anyone playing a little fast and loose here will label some plants CBD Hemp strain etc etc Who’s going to tell them differently? are they going to bring out the Cannabis NCI unit and test hahahhaha I’m not even stoned and I can’t help laughing at that? There will be no Judge Dread of Cannabis unless you live in a state that is taking away basic human rights, like the rights of women etc. If so then expect “grower’s rights” to be flim flammed in the process VOTE VOTE VOTE

Since so little is known about hemp (you can blame prohibition, but that’s another discussion) high THC phenotypes could be very common. That’s why Texas makes me laugh so much. Anyone can get permission from the state to grow hemp. Simply complete the paperwork and pay a $100 fee and you can grow all the hemp you want. I don’t know how they intend to enforce the .3% THC limit, or whether they know that raw plant matter contains THCA. Hell, there’s probably dispensary-grade bud that meets the .3% standard.

Gosh…I bet those politicians sure would like some Space Brownies after reading this thread…OH WAIT, they CAN go to the dispensary in Washington, DC and get some…y’all folks enjoy those !!
I wonder if “Space Brownies” is trademarked or copy written??? Be a highly oportune time to jump on that band wagon!!! Anyone want to start the “Space Brownie Co”??
“Find you place in space, with Space Brownies!! Fresh from your local solar bakery to you!”
Well I’m going to point out again that the logic is simple… Cannabis has .000001% (roughly) THC in it at harvest. Cannabis edibles however have 3+% THC in them…I think that logically the laws apply to edibles and processed Canna products actually containing THC.
I’m not sure if anyone remembers the cold war era, but those were trying times…USA was filled with counter agents who would have wholeheartedly poisoned a space brownie or two for the USSR.
I remember the Cold War. I also remember the “Just Say No” campaign. Back then, there were zealots who would have poisoned Americans not at the request of the USSR, but at the request of the US government, all in the name of fighting the War on Drugs. My parents smoked weed, so I learned at a young age how tyrannical the US government could be. I also figured out all the stuff they were teaching me about this, the “Land of the Free”, was utter horseshit. For example, the DARE program was identical to what the USSR did to expose dissenters.

They’ll stop busting home grows eventually. After Prohibition was repealed, there was still an effort by law enforcement to bust moonshiners, but it was probably a fraction of what they did during Prohibition. Today, you almost never hear about moonshiners getting busted, and many make no secret of what they’re doing. The same will happen with cannabis. Expect them to crack down on homegrows for a while, but they’ll be having to do it with state/local resources. Cannabis eradication is expensive, and many police departments are understaffed already. They’ll try to make a few examples, but they know damn well they’re fighting a losing battle.

And nobody cared, since it only affected people the average person believed “deserved” it. Those same attitudes have been directed toward Redcoats, immigrants, gangsters, druggies, communists, drug dealers, terrorists, you get the idea…

I rarely get involved in political threads, but, the question is what do I think of the federal legalization on the USA? I’ve heard it said and tend to agree, that it’s simply a move to grab the cannabis community vote. The actual amount of people affected is nominal, yet hopefully a first step towards decriminalization on a much broader scale. Imho.
I have had the helicopters and goon squads swoop in on a seriously nominal year, where a snitch noticed some plants in my yard. They got a few immature males, maybe 6 plants none over 3 feet. When they were done scaring the hell out of my mom, (was her farmhouse) they came to the door with a pathetic handful of Herb, the lead guy said ‘is that all?’ Moms said they never showed any ID, never showed a warrant, and slunk away in disgrace. But only after she said, 'you’re lucky my sons not here, he’d have got out his shotgun. ’
Cost of a helicopter just to fire up engines on a mission, 10k. Tax dollars at work. Hope the new laws prevent ridiculousness such as this.

Sad but true, @Foreigner. The good old black hat days have come and gone, someday our stories will be like that of the old bootleggers. A piece of history.
