Thank you @HolyAngel
Sounds like an easy way to grab some cash.
I wonder where it goes?
Do they just keep it, or turn it over the the FBI?
Could they do this without proof?
What is considered proof?
If I know paypal, they are judge, jury and executioner all rolled into one big fuck you package…
A lawyer friend from a different site is looking into this specifically for seeds.
He has not said so yet, but he is asking questions.
He previously spoke about how seeds are legal to sell anywhere in the US.
So that is why I feel he may be hound doggin’ this now.
He mentioned hearing rumors about GW employing lobbyists in 17 states, and “pushing for FDA-approved CBD only,” such as the GW bill which was passed in Colorado and the one currently moving through California’s legislature.
Trust no one. It’s getting stupidly convoluted. There’s nothing to do that won’t backfire on you. The people making the rules have no idea what they’re fucking with. Expect dumb ass chaos for now
This is a little know fact.
The USA is commited to keeping an international drug treaty.
Federal recreational legalization would be againt this signed treaty, medical would not.
Meh. Someone already posted this in the current events thread a while back… after a bit of discussion they locked the thread. How do you discuss current events like the legalization of weed, which has to be done through political channels, without discussing politics? Dunno, but I’m not getting sucked in just to be censored again this time.
i didnt see any discussion all i saw was a bunch of intolerant bitches that say we should be tolerant of everybody and their opinions dont want to be politicall or anything…just quoting a friend
A pox on the UN. Those idiots couldn’t pour piss out of a boot with instructions on the heel. The UN put Saudi Arabia on the Women’s Rights Commission. Let that sink in for a moment.
I think Quebec likes to do things their own way just for the sake of doing so and they see a cash cow they don’t want skinnied. They especially like things not-withstanding.
Also it’s only a $250 ticket so who really gives a shit?
I have always been for the kind of legalization that means everyone has to buy it from me.
BTW
I will send a man around to collect the $250 opt-out fee once a month or until you get with the program.
My only point really is…
Yes, legalization is better than what we had, but is it for the people or for the money?
If it is not for the people and the people do not get any money, then why do we accept this form of legalization?
This form of legalization has failed in every state so far, why not change things up.
Like an open market concept.
The easiest way to eliminate the so-called black market is to open the legal market to all players big and small.
The black market would be gone overnight.
That would begin a race to the top.
This would be good for consumers too.
You could shop around to all the craft cannabis stores to find only the best quality craft cannabis for sale.
Or even just a roadside stand like you see for vegetables.
But it is all about the money and it is hard work taxing all the vegetable stands of the world, so that just ain’t gonna happen.
So you can clearly see…legal cannabis is all about the money and not about the people at all.
Legalization is absolutely only for the money. Every proposal a politician makes for legalization at state level is about taxing heavy and the annual revenue it would bring to that state, for example in my state PA “ more than $188 million… Shapiro’s budget proposes a 20% tax on the wholesale price of marijuana products” … I never read anywhere, just for example, “if it’s legal and regulated it’d be safer, less adolescents getting their hands on the drug, ect ect…” … always the money … and that’s just state level, I’d imagine no different from the feds
Every proposal from Chuck Schumer for Federal Legalization has at least a 25% sales tax. Legalization is bullshit to keep people in servitude to corporations. I want decriminalization and the release and expungement of all Cannabis political prisoners.
