the portugal model wont work here. we dont have the money for it, or we do have the money for it but its already all spoken for by graft.
go visit the east side of my city if you want to see what legalizing drugs looks like. 15 year old youtube kiddos selling fent in the park all night like its a video game. hopefully it works out better for others who try it but the only reason we go to the east side now is for the airport and to go to archive. my friends who work there some are now required to carry fire arms just to do simple things like building inspections.

You really think about it, it looks like they are trying to pull the old Methadone, Suboxone bullshit. They tell us the super high THC weed is bad, we need a safer alternative. They get it schedule 3, guess what? They have a safer alternative FDA approved and GW Pharmacuticals half THC half CBD crap so you don’t get too high. They make the money and still keep it illegal. It’s really the only way they can compete is to take away dispensaries. I’ve seen $100 ounces in Maine, Massachusetts and Michigan I know Oregon was really cheap too. At those prices who’s going to ask a doctor for permission?
It’s all about money and controlling the supply. People claim they won’t crack down on legal states, but you know damn well they’re going to if it’s competing with big pharma. Time to start chucking some pollen if you ask me seeds might not be so easy to get if they crack down. Everyone is too in the open, they crack down it’s going to hurt.

They didn’t legalize drugs, they won’t allow you to manufacture pharmacutical heroin. Otherwise nobody would be buying fentanyl. Pharmacutical grade methamphetamine is a hell of a lot safer too, they give it to kids with ADHD.

Here in california the cheapest (legal) OZ i saw was $21 plus tax so about $25. This price was recent from last month.
oregon price range for legal oz is $5-500+. for bm more like $50-250. its the biggest shit show i have ever seen and i have travelled this great continent extensively.
I meant to mention it before, but that NY case where people supposedly sat by and did nothing while a woman was raped and murdered in a darkened entryway (Kitty Genovese)? It’s not entirely true that no one acted to help her, and not true that people totally understood what was going on (but failed to do anything to stop it).
TL;DR The Bystander Effect is in large part a myth.

It’s believed that he Federal Gov will change the schedule of to schedule 3 instead of 1. Then Federal Legalization is around the corner ! this being done before 2024

the drugs here are so pure people literally come from across the country to be homeless here and do them. imagine that place being on every corner of every neighborhood. it seems real nice and tidy in theory but the people i know over on that side of town live it every day.
Well if it was every corner of every neighborhood, they wouldn’t all be moving across the country to be homeless there.
Obviously it’s going to be an issue when it’s the only place in the country that it’s legal, especially when it’s a pro homeless state. Here it’s actually a crime to live in a tent like out West. Really not as many homeless as everywhere else in the country I’ve been.

Prohibition has been normalized in citizens’ minds, and they think it’s okay to let the government “protect us” from them. But that’s not government’s job. So unless it’s a drug that creates raving, violent maniacs, there’s no reason to make it illegal and plenty of reasons not to.
Isn’t it funny that the country based on a founding document with verbiage like “pursuit of happiness,” “freedom,” and “self-determination” strong-armed the rest of the world to join their war on drugs…

not meant with any attitude attached just really life over there where drugs are trafficked openly to anyone is pretty bad. it gets more apocalyptic the higher the purity too.
