Hey Doug what soil is that?
How hot is it?
It’s Happy Frog, it was much less hot than Ocean Forest as far as I read.
Ok, that’s my understanding as well. I think they should be fine.
My soil is kinda hot so I like to put clones in cups at half strength soil for a week or 2 to start.
I make aeroponic clones and transplant to soil. When I stick them in the dirt I give them one good watering and keep under cfl or flouros until I get some new growth. Sometimes I’ve ran into issues putting directly under strong lights before they were ready. Too much light they will want to photosynthesize before the roots are ready to supply that much energy
It’s under a Mars TS 1000 which is only 150 watt light and I have it turned down to it’s lowest setting. Not sure what it’s putting out but I can tell you it’s not much so light intensity should not be an issue in this case.
Those clones look great! I’m jealous of all you Canadian guys .
Another reason to move to Canada…besides the evergreens and weather and the wild blueberries.
Ok so it’s been a couple more days and a week since these babies were put in dirt. The Triangle Kush are starting to pick up now and it looks like all are showing some new growth. Pretty excited about these little ones.
Awesome thanks for keeping us updated I love seeing them adjust to their new home!
On a side note here’s an update on the current availability

The Garlic chem/Legendary Larry/Snow Dust will still be a while. They came to me in a peat-based medium and are just finally putting out some hydro roots. I’d expect a good month still before they are ready.
GMO Rootbeer/Ze Chem/Terple 17/White Truffle spent too long in the mail getting to me and arrived dead. Trying to arrange a resend with faster shipping on those.
The Blockhead F5 x Mikado Bx has been my personal favorite plant to grow. Very hardy plant and I’d call beginner-friendly. It’s been in my veg room for nearly a year now and it requires very little maintenance to grow. It’s a very heavy yielder with big dense nugs. It may not be hyped up like the rest but I wouldn’t miss out on this one if I was you!

Quick clone update. The Meatbreath seem quite happy now and are looking great. The Triangle Kush, well they are a bit rougher. Some of the leaves have burned up but the new growth is looking decent and they are standing up nice now. I am guessing since both of one strain look great and both of the other have the same issues that the soil might have been a bit much for the Triangle Kush but it seems to be adjusting anyway
The TK doesn’t feed very heavy from my experience growing it so that sounds about right I’m sure they will come around though. Looking good thanks for the update
I have faith bud, I am sure they will be fine. They seem to be coming around and getting used to it, just a couple leaves took the burnt of the transition, I can’t see it being a big deal. New growth looks fine so I am pretty stoked.
Just wanted to show everyone how these little ones turned around. Definitely much happier and will be going into the ground on my next cottage trip.
Looking awesome I’m sure they will do great up at the cottage
Yeah bro, I new they were hearty when I saw their roots. A bit of acclimatization and they are looking great IMO. Stripped like 4 ugly leaves from the kush and all is well. Can’t wait to see how they do, thanks again bud.
Good job @Neb good luck.
Coming soon!

Without a doubt, one of our most popular varieties. Black cherry punch grows well despite a mild sensitivity to high temperatures and low moisture. Boasting vigorous flower site production, Black Cherry Punch can support all its incredibly frosty buds with little to no assistance. This cultivar responds extremely well to low stress training techniques and is the pinnacle of strategic breeding efforts focused on exotic aromas and flavours. This rare variety redefines what is possible with modern cannabis genetics.
Motherlabs made a deal with Mendo Cannabis to sell clones to ACMPR licence holders at a fairly steep price of $400 a clone.
You can expect to see it available from me for much cheaper
That looks good. I did some punch cake when I first got here. Good stuff. I’m sure yours is also.
Very interesting genetic lines…
Cheers
