Foreigner Goes Legal

Alas no. She’s got speedlights and strobes, I dunno. I have an iPhone 6

She’s also a fan of the HLG 4000k as a photo light source. And also the silver reflectors in the tent.

PHOTO DUMP ALERT - with some duplicates

So Mrs Foreigner has been editing one or two of my pics for me and I asked her to teach me. She said something like, and I paraphrase “I went to art school for 4 years I can’t possibly teach you how to do it in 5 minutes.”

I’ll show her!

Please grade my neophyte editing skills. I’ll just dump them all here. Note: they were all taken at around 3500K:

Cheers and jeers.

She’s got you speaking the lingo already. Not bad for five minutes :+1:

Loving those long luscious hairs, too

Thanks guys. I have no benchmark against which to compare my editing but I’d say for a first try it isn’t too bad.

The calyxes are really coming in and they’re just exploding everywhere. Pistils too.

A few minor issues. A little too warm, a little too hot and then too cold on the ferts but overall I’d say it’s going very well.

Re: 3500k - in all fairness I guess I’ve been learning through osmosis for awhile now

Now this is the kind of wild looking shit I like to see, the pics are great. Canopy turned out pretty nice after the pruning too.

Oh, also the purple comes from the OT. Ace’s Panama haze contains 2 different OT haze moms.

They made the seeds using a Purple Haze #23 and Green Haze #19. So it seems pretty certain that the lineage is to their purple haze 23, and that OT haze cut is where the purple you’re seeing comes from.

Thanks man. Feel like I learned at least just a little by fiddling around dials a bit.

She I doing something alright. There’s weird stuff I can’t even pictures of. It’s like bushwhacking through the jungle.

The canopy I’m pleased with but there are
some that are a little squiffy.

Very interesting. I am seeing a little purple on a leaf or two but looks like beginnings of fade.

Just a little nug no big deal.

Someone mentioned awhile back that it’s hard to gauge budsize without some kind of scale.

So I took some pics using my admittedly big fat hands as a reference:

Cheers for looking and have a lovely day.

I think it’s 8 been weeks now. She smells like incense and lemon and…leather maybe. Also I got some nice rashes on my arm from working on the plants

Just a little tidying up today. Pulling out ugly leaves and unproductive branches:

Some of the tops are too close to the light so I tied a few down and bent a few branches. One of them bent too far and was resting heavily on the tent so I tied that branch to another branch and no more problem.

Here are a couple of lowers:

Cheers and have a lovely day. It’s warm and sunny here.

Edit: here is my rash from working in the tent:

I dunno man my rash is pretty scratchy :joy:

It really does smell good though. A few weak adjectives: church, leather, lemon, haze, incense.

Totally different from the “dank” I’m used to growing.
