Moon a drone. I think he’s a couple of letters removed from being related to the Dutch artist Mondrian.

I tried to paint a picture of an ass once and someone told me it looked a lot like one of Bollocks.

Schade! Auslander ist nicht perfekt?!

Well here is some evidence.

I’ve had a lot of issues this grow but for the most part I just let them ride. So rather than show you lovely pictures of perfect plants I figure I’ll show you all the fuckery that I have achieved.

This is one of the Nepal Jams. Best I can figure is I was getting some pH swings and I should have corrected it earlier than I did. She got quite ugly as you can see. Strange part is the other Nepal Jam was unaffected and was given the exact same treatment:

Bud size is affected a little and the stems aren’t as strong as they might otherwise be but she’ll finish just fine.

Here is some light/heat stress on the other Nepal Jam. I would ordinarily have tied the branch out of the way it more likely just ripped off the leaves in the danger zone but I didn’t do that this time either:

Here is the grape. It developed this rusting late flower and I really don’t know why. She’s the runt of the litter anyway. She’s not going to produce much. Maybe it’s her fault maybe it’s mine. Who can say:

Here is the Orange Goji and she’s pretty much bulletproof. A little tip burn but no big deal I wouldn’t even worry about it. She needs longer flower time than the rest but we shall see about that:

But wait, there’s more! No seriously, wait. I’m not ready to divulge all of my terrible secrets quite yet.

Have a lovely day.

Wonder if that first one is just like, a canary in the coal mine type plant. It’s telling you stuff is messed up in there but the others are able to mask the issues like nothing’s wrong at all. I’ve seen a few like that and they can be helpful in dialing in your grow. Or ya know, just piss you off cuz they’re always ugly :joy:
Leaves might be messed up a bit but your flowers look good!

Yeah could very well be. When I’m running multiple strains (which is always now that I think about it) I accept a certain degree of imperfection.

The alternative is to try and baby them individually which just isn’t going to happen. I’m not mixing up a special batch of nutes for each plant, no way.

To me the weirdest part is that one NJ got thrashed and the other showed no signs of it whatsoever. They were pretty much identical, even in structure, until about week 3-4 of flower.

It’s kind of funny how they all want different things. Too bad you get what I give you :joy::pirate_flag:

Yeah that is exactly how I approach it too. I’m also growing multiple strains off the same exact feed. I can’t be bothered either.

She could also just be a big complainer. Wahh this one nute isn’t just right.
I tell them the same thing, “You will get this and you will like it!” :joy: :100:

I’ve had a few do what you’re describing as well. Soil, identical, food identical, water, same, yet one plant is thriving and the other is struggling. It’s incredibly frustrating, but I don’t have time for special treatment.

Good I’m glad it’s not just me.

I think the real takeaway is that these issues are rarely the end of the world and once they hit a certain size they can take a lot of abuse. The goal is to fill jars or make seeds, or both. I’ll never make the cover of High Times magazine. It’s a rag anyway.

I feed each plant in my garden the same mix of nutrients. If a plant wants more of something I give that plant a shot of fish ferts and or worm castings/bat guano.
