Ill have some AJSD x Golden Triangle seeds in a month or so if anyone wants to try em.
I used mixed GT pollen.
Theyll be untested so just cover shipping.

I wouldnt mind snagging some of those to run. Late summer to early fall at the earliest I could run them tho. Taking a much needed vacation with the missus over the summer. But after that I may be able to squeeze some in.

I’ve got a few beans of someone’s SD. @misterbee hooked me up with them last year and I haven’t asked about the source yet. I’ve never grown it and never smoked it unless I did and didn’t know it was what it was… in the 80’s and 90’s nobody mentioned genetics by the time it got down to street levels. I’ve always had friends online tell me it was one of their favorite smokes.
I had the cutting back in early/mid 2000s. I had to shutdown when my grand daughter came to live with us. I gave it to a friend to keep but he lost it for some reason.

I’ve also got Docs extra sour headbangers that will be ran with rezs sour d f1 and hortilabs sour star and dna’s sour cream and maybe rezs sour kush.

Episode 86 on Growing With Fishes with Gypsy Nirvana has his side of the story. Essentially Rez turned informant and the US tried to extradite Gypsy from the Philippines, even though selling seeds wasn’t illegal in the UK (where his seed bank was based). Same thing they did to Marc Emory, but were successful.
Rez had legit good sour lines, but are now obsolete, imo. Karma alone has vastly improved them. If you want the old-school SD, get a clone.

I would love to be shown wrong. I haven’t even seen pictures of Rez’s Sour in 15+ years, so maybe I have let it fade in my memory.
I just looked at his instagram, and none of the pictures are very good representations of anything so that didn’t help. I also read some other things while there, and I have a hard time taking a breeder seriously who says something like “Autoflowers (read Ruderalis) bred back into drug cannabis strains? Think about the huge genetic sass-backwards step that is. #justsayno,” rather than being excited about the prospect of the low hanging fruit that is introgressing such a useful gene into high-quality drug varieties. Especially in 2020, when much of that work is done and people aren’t starting with landrace Ruderalis.
