My bets on Igor… he puts frost on all his girls… he is the king of frost… and such a gigolo.

Well, @Grower13 the “vs” in the thread subject is only there to attract attention, not really a competition. Who am i to make a competition like that in the open without permission or nothing. HAHAHAHA.

It sounds and looks good tho.

I might have to wait in order to run the Cindy 99 cos’ i started the other two already, i should have waited a few days to germ them all together, now i dunno what to do.

Hope Mr. B doesn’t mind. @Baudelaire

Cinderella 99 are in the mail and they might take up to three weeks to arrive so i dunno man.

The Crocketts show no signs of life at all. Inert seeds. @casperdeigh

Very unfortunate, will maybe send them an email, telling them about it u know. I might get replacements.

Gonna try and find another seed pack to germinate and run along with these two. Will be announcing shortly which one it will be. Thanks.

EDIT, Will be germinating NYCD F2’s by Soma. Got them from MSNL, tehy claim that it’s the real deal.

Thanks to all for watching.

It is with great pain that i write this to you guys/girls.

My landlord maybe suspicious i dunno how, but he wants to come in and do an inspection once a month. That kills my chances at growing.

I am building a house, it will be ready in a few months but until then, i can’t grow no more, i apologize @BogSeeds and @LED_Seedz for making this thread and not finishing it.

Can’t do it. Will grow again as soon as my house is ready.

I will enjoy your grows like they are my own, i promise!

Ps.: I ain’t going nowhere, i’ll be your fan for a while, that’s it.

Damn man. Once per month? Very intrusive.

I’m fortunate enough to live in Alaska but will be relocating for graduate school for my wife for 3 years… Not looking forward to a non-legal state…don’t know what I’m going to do… If landlords check that often, nope.

We will be renting out our house as landlords and was planning on doing once per year checks…you know, just to make sure the property isn’t being damaged. Very lame… had to do that a couple years ago with a small window sill grow…can’t imagine a full garden

Tell him that you are fed up with visitors coming over to check out the house in order to purchase it, so you mihgt want to throw in a privacy clause in the contract, to protect yourself. Nothing worse that having to smile at total strangers browsing thru your house.

Good luck bro.

Not sure how the rules are there, but unless that is agreed upon in the contract he can’t just change the game unless he has/had a reason to do so in the US.

Every month seems excessive and could be deemed landlord abuse.

My condolences on this tragic development!
Sorry to hear.

I am not happy about it bro. For sure, but costarican law as it stands gives the landlord that right. I am looking for a small house to make it my growroom, but it’s kinda hard when you do it in a rush.

If i fall 7 times, i will get up 8. Soon, another grow by your crazy neighborhood MadScientist.

You mean as a tenant? I meant I AM the landlord and would never consider checking once per month unless i thought my property was being damaged- I guess i t varies from state to state on the logistics. It’s tough for both sides but damn one check should be enough IMHO.

On the other side of the coin, will be renting in a non-legal state… Hopefully the landlord wont even consider checking that often… I find that ridiculous.

I bet your excited to get out from under a landlord. Cheers on that… So much peace of mind.

Contracts are drafted and money is in escrow in order to get the permits, sign the contracts and voila!

Madscientist will own his home. And growing WILL BE DONE PERPETUALLY IN THERE!

For now, i will dedicate to buying seeds and collecting genetics, from you guys and stores.

Friend, it is very sad from the right. She lived for one year in the rented house, and the owner never wrote, I finally bought it and it is quiet.
