Kinda like the same right. Might try that one, but if can convene on a date after the 16th for him to come, i won’t have these problems, cos’ i will already have a harvest. No plants, no growing just my personal stash, and it will be buried in the property somewhere… HAHAHA!
seriously you can hire a van with a 24 volt battery and a tail lift.
set up the hole fucking tents and put the pants in there with inverters and sol strips for 48 hours if needed then jump start it when you have to return it.
hire a 7.5 ton truck with tail lift
drive to your house
put all your tents and plants in it using a 12-240volt inverter conected to battery using jusmp; leads for a car.
drive it back to rental yard carfully at night when closed and park it close by no tin there car park nless theres no barrier a street away will do.
go collect it when landlords f=been and gone and bring back in house continue to harvest time then when ready fuck off to your own taj mahal.
Sorry about your landlord.
Maybe buy a bucket of paint and paint a room just before he shows. Might set his mind at ease if he sees the property is being cared for.
You definitely want to be free of this kind of problem.
Buen suerte amigo.

just good old brush cleaner turps or white spirits, and a bit of painted wood out side for something but does also alert attentions to a knowing landlord like myself hahaaha.
just be clean and safe and respectfull
simple and eeasy
Me too @MadScientist! My grows are for me and you brothers and sisters. I NEVER sell my weed. I give a little to a cpl of family but that’s all. My medicine, my passion, jah!
Brilliant my friend @Herbie! Good to know!
Can I just ask what the consequences might be if the landlord knows you are growing?
Is there a clause in your rental agreement that prohibits you from growing?
That is interesting, i have to check it fully you know. I think it does say something about illegal activities in the premises but, growing your own is not illegal per se. I would have to consult but by being totally open to my lawyer that way, i would be exposing myself, i have to ask her if there is some privilege here in Costa that protects clients the way it does in the US. I dunno. Not a lawyer myself, even tho i did study law, but that was about 24 years ago and everything changes, specially in 24 years. Didn’t graduate tho.
I am just wondering what all the fuss is about seeing that growing is legal in Costa Rica.
“Maybe buy a bucket of paint and paint a room just before he shows. Might set his mind at ease if he sees the property is being cared for.”
Actually homeowners generally dont like renters painting unless they ask first from my experience. Some dont care and will barter, but others want their colors and want it done their way.
It’s a tabboo subject still, if it was my house no problem, but the landlord needs to give me a permit so i can do it no problem, i never asked him to grow weed. Better to avoid, if they find out, you won’t pay any kinda of a fine, or do any time; but they take your plants, and on occassion they also take your lamps and gear, so better to play low.
Damn, I’m so sorry to hear that @MadScientist I was really looking forward to watching your grows…
Hopefully you’ll find a place soon.
I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.
Hey gang, my lawyer is talking to the landlord and we wanna scare him with a suit, if it works we are having him sign a relinquishment of visitation for the duration of the contract… LOLOLOLOLOLOL
Crossing my fingers!
sounds great, I’d say I work at home on conference calls all day & can’t be disturbed. Offer more security deposit, that can work wonders with landlords too.
That is actually what i do yes. I work for an international marketing company that does Forex.
BULLSEYE! @Muleskinner
sounds totally plausible, you’re too busy earning money to pay the rent you can’t be disturbed
I have always painted after tenants.
Its just something you do.

Yeah, if i owned a rental property i prob would paint after also.
Sorry to hear this! I can see the legal gray area. But it’s always better safe than sorry, especially when your family is involved. Best of luck to ya!
