I had a tiny online business selling aftermarket motorbike parts & tools manufactured in-house.
If you send out enough orders you will make a mistake now & then.
Countless hours working thru the night and a thousand trips to the post office, never really made any money…did it because I loved the machines.
It was really disheartening when that odd error was splashed across the forums.
GLG has been spot on in my dealings with them.

Mistakes happen but how you respond to them is what counts. Every forum has their cliques I guess but if you search there are more than one. I have close fam who sent me proof ie responses from them and was pretty childish from the company. Either way with breeders being so accessible and business friendly and very cool spots like OG why deal with anything else. Best of luck on everyone’s grows cause in the end that is all that counts

Do you think you can get Bodhi from the breeder direct? And the list goes on and on I represent a lot of people that are very happy with my services. And I most certainly have no problem with somebody dealing directly with the breeder.

But there are a lot of breeders that do not have time to deal with the general public. They have their time spent in the garden.

See this is the problem why do you feel as though its okay to post your response here when I DM’ed you. I wanted to keep our conversation private otherwise I would have responded directly in this thread. And also you are putting in literal zero effort in to seeking an understanding your response and sentiment is superficial as fuck. At no point was I trying to get a free pack and at no point was I trying to exchange my Bodhi pick. There still is and was a misunderstanding. Dave doesn’t give a shit about fixing freebies for orders, I’ve talked with him a couple times nolw and the won’t care that you get robbed of your free packs, like yesterday I ordered some bohdi and doc d gear and the amount I spent was supposed to come with a mango hasplant f2 but they were out so I asked if I could get another bohdi pack as a replacement and he said no your order already comes with a bohdi freebie that you already chose.

You are the one the brought this to the form. And all I did is show the only conersation you had with Dave.

Agreed - they’ve always been fast, accurate and generous. I will acknowledge I’ve had some back and forth over packaging, but really it seems like my complaint was more directed to the breeder than DBJ and the GLG team.
