I guess thatās why they are a cash or blank money order only business. I thought about requesting to return it, but decided to take my losses and figure itās a lesson learned. I think that GLG is probably too busy for what seems like a two-man operation, and these types of mistakes and issues are examples of that.
I would write them a nice email stating that they ripped you off. They might not think so but thats exactly what happen. I would ask for a email of a higher up.
I would be upset. Some one didnt do what they should have and you had to pay for it. I would of raised hell . Nicely , but they would of known how I felt.
Im pretty upset and it sidnt happen to me. I will aviod them now unless its something I really really want.

I have ordered from them several times and always got everything i was supose to plus more bad dawg freebies then expected. I only had one issue with slow response. Im not sure there is a higher up to email. I think its just drag boat jeff and his guy who runs the site. I think his name is dave if i remember correctly. But, i agree that if they had it listed as bogo they should have honored it even if it was a webmaster error. But, according to tony it sounds like they might not of had them to give away. They could have atleast offered a partial refund and a different pack in return. IMO, they are a great seedbank and i think you would be missing out if you write them off.

Theres enough seeds in the world that me shopping at one place wont affect my life.
IMO if theyll do it to him theyll do it to me . I dont need those headaches . Because I would of sent it back and I dont want to go through all that.
Any breeders work I want is at another bank too.

however, they had them to sell to me, and still have them, in stock, so maybe the freebie packs were gone, but they could have taken one out of stock and eaten the cost themselves

Saw the PTG promo on GLG but unfortunately my order in July came with every cross of Long Bottom DBJ has in the stable. Freebie hasnāt changed. promo is over.
- plan to check for labor day sale but havenāt seen any GLG campaign emails

they donāt have to be all one breeder - In July I got every freebie they have with two different breeder packs - this is a GLG offer on the $$$ side, not tied to Bodhi gear alone.
- the Bodhi packs are being discounted $10 with this drop
- they just need to code the update into the platform.

the $139 freebies are tied to the bad dawg genetics - each breeder has their own promo going (or not). Some are good deals, others not so much. If you shop around and look at the promo page and pay attention to those it is amazing what you will end up with sometimes at GLG, other times, not as good, but I donāt think they have ever failed to include at least one of their own freebies even if I didnāt qualify for one in the checkout process. That being said, even though they are good genetics, the bad dawg freebies are not really an incentive for me to buy anything, but the breeders promos usually are

I have got bad dawg freebies everytime i ordered. Even when it was only one 70 dollar pack. When you spend 139 you will get multiple bad dawg packs.
