@Gpaw don’t know how I accidentally deleted my reply to you. The PWC 1 is a confirmed female, I’m assuming it’s twin is too, but it’s not telling me yet.

How long till the curtain opens when the plants go in the ground, we have all been sitting here watching the adverts waiting for the main feature film :movie_camera: … the analogy sounded better in my head once written ahh can’t even be bothered deleting it:cowboy_hat_face: .

Those girls are going to explode once they hit the ground. Are you going to spray a couple of times after the netting is up just to make sure there’s nothing living inside?

We got all 4 pieces of the ag net sewn together. We still need to tack 10 feet to the end as it’s now 40’x30’. I promised to take a pic to show you the scale of what we are dealing with because a visual is everything. This only 1 piece of ag net… 10’×30’

This is taken from inside my garage as far back as it gets and Dad is standing near the 30 foot end. Now, picture 4 of these side by side and 10 more feet long where Dad is…

@Pedro_Bann by solstice they will be in the ground. I will spray the plants before they go in and I’ll probably spray the ground inside the bug enclosure once. It took us 4 hours just to get 2 pieces of that shit sewn together today. Dad is gonna come a few days during the week to set-up the trellises and infrastructure. Next Sunday we will sew the final 10 feet to the end of the net then it will take like 4 of us to to get the net on the structure. Still a lot to be done, but it will be coming together sooner than you think.

Now the trellises and infrastructure is already built, it just needs to be snapped together like a giant lego or lincoln logs. So, the patch will be raked and leveled and the structure can go in there. It’s all very hard to picture in words. You guys will start getting it more once we assemble the legos.

Have you contacted National Geographic or Guiness Book of World Records?.. in order to document this monumental back yard endeavor? Local TV station? It’ll sort of be like the people in the neighborhood who have the worlds largest Christmas light display, lol. People will want to drive by now and get sefies in front of your yard. You may be famous already. :sunglasses:

oh yeah, I wish you lived closer, I would take a male or two of that Ice Cube… just saying.

I think Mendo Dope will be featuring it… :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Hey, I finally got into the back garden and weed eated (ate? lol) the near knee deep grass to find some flowers. I was holding off because a pair of robins decided to build a nest only 6 feet off the ground at the bak of the garden where I love to sit in the morning with a bowl and a cup of coffee.

I had to ease all around it and just get it done. My wild Colorado Columbines are about to bust open. I have a lot this year. I have purple Iris blooming bac there this year, the first I remember. The plants have always been there but flowering good this year with the rain. My Comfrey plants from @Sebring are all blooming and happy.

I cleared out a spot for a new grow area that will be sort of a greenhouse that I hope I can cover with a good shade cloth and maybe plastic in off seasons. I’m excited to finally get on a major project outside. All I’ve been doing the last 3 years is trying to tame the place and make it easier to maintain, and not much adding on. Lots of rain this year so it’s green as hell now. It’s raining agin today and sure is a treat after the last two dry and drought years.

What sort of flower is that above? Very pretty.

Nice that you can get to the flowers now! Can’t wait to see those columbine! My Comfrey is also blooming right now!

The flower above is a Peruvian Daffodil. I’ve had them 3 years and this is the first bloom. I was gonna pull up the bulbs if they didn’t flower this year. They got lucky!

What kind of flower is that? My girlfriend wants me 2 grow one of that last pic (the white one).

That is a Peruvian Daffodil. They are bulbs. Took 3 years before they flower. That is my very first bloom. They are tropicals though. If you get frost in your zone, you may have to pull up the bulbs every year and store in the fall and winter or may never bloom. Just some info for you.

I am excited to see how the Panama Garlic Haze does in a real growing environment like California outdoors. I have only run it indoors and outdoors in Michigan. I can’t wait to see them turn in to trees in your hands @Meesh

So, far I really like the structure on them! Very nice plants! The one confirmed girl has the fattest leaves of the 3. I’m actually hoping one of the other 2 is female as I’d like to grow out the most sativa leaning of the bunch. Regardless, this strain has piqued my interest from the day I received the seeds you sent. I’m assuming they have a spice to them from the garlic description. So far they have been great plants since birth. They def excite me!

Alright my ass feels kicked. 4 hours in the sun today getting the cannabis patch raked and leveled. My yard is on a slight slope in general. Anyway, Dad can now get the infrastructure all assembled. We measured and put down all the trellises to start. Dad is coming back Thursday to get it going.

So for those of you with me last year the first pic will look familiar. The trellises…

To hold up the ag net, the trellises have extended pieces that bring them to 10 feet high. From there, all 9 trellises will snap together at the top forming a roof for the ag net and the net will come down the 4 sides and drape basically like a tent that we will probably just hold down with bricks. If need be we will get some tent stakes. We still are trying to figure out how we will do the door. Have some ideas, but Dad needs the net up to visualize it.

This should help you guys see where we are going with this. I actually have some plants that I’m going to start putting in the ground probably this weekend
