At the end of the season two plants had grown a giant root out through the cloth bag and about a foot deep into the ground.

yep, that’s why I set my 30-gallon fabric pots right on top of my garden plot. I think @Gizmo called em 30-gallon Infinity fabric pots lol

BOG's double potting technique

Rather than transplanting, BushyOldGrower (@BogSeeds) cuts the bottom out of the present pot, and places it in a larger pot partially filled with soil. This image shows this technique, with the smaller pot having had its bottom inch removed. [image] The double potted plant is now ready to put on some new roots. Grape Ganondorfs and SSDD #2 in solo cup peat moss drain water(rehydrated root plugs in this cup and threw cuts in without thinking) 7 pH (whatever is in my Chapin) natural dim light (curtains away from window).

Laziness has its drawbacks. Flowers have developed further along.
