Help being a judge at a cup?

Hello there gang.

I have been asked to be a judge and also need a technical sheet on how to make the participants provide/submit info on their grow samples… Either extracts or flowers…

Has anyone here ever participated as a judge? At a cup.

Do you have a template for a tech sheet?
