Soil has been mixed up and is adjusting to the temp in the tent.Hope to move them into bigger pots (and a second tent) this week.
Nice find! I’d leave them for sure
I ordered a 2x4 Gorilla Lite tent last night as a replacement for the Quictent that was delivered yesterday from Amazon. What a drag, I got the tent all set up only to discover a big hole in the seam. Sending it back today. It was nowhere near the quality of my vivosun tent. I flip flopped last night and decided on a 2x4x7 tent and added the 12" extension kit and the high tent CFM kit. At nearly 8’ tall, I hope I don’t run out of room. I still love my 3x3x6 vivosun, but I wanted something taller. Hopefully this will work out well. Now I just have to wait…(note to self… Amazon doesn’t always have the lowest prices)
Today I transplanted all 7 plants using @SmknCanuck 's method of transplanting seedlings. A Guide For Newbies On Transplanting I was amazed how many roots had formed in less than 2 weeks of being in the solo cups.
It will be a tight squeeze until the new tent gets here.Happy Saturday to all! After a very long week of practicing tremendous amounts of “LITFA”, I have decided to throw this out there and see what you guys think is going on. I transplanted into fabric pots 10 days ago. Have watered every other day or so. I’m trying to make sure I don’t overwater - so maybe I’m under watering? I feel like they should be starting to flourish, but seem to be dying…
To me they dont look bad. I would make sure the soil is moist at least about an inch or so away from the stem. At that small of a plant they dont have a very big root system. You do want the roots to kinda search for moisture. But the moisture needs to be close enuff for the roots to find it. Specially on a new transplant. Just my opinion.
Thank you @BigMike55 .
Maybe I just have “big plant envy” from seeing all the beautiful plants on OG.
I aspire to have my plants look that way too.
@misterbee - Hey! Are you sleeping over in the corner?
Probably so! @misterbee is a busy
You want beautiful plants? Go check out my grow log. Plant porn right there.

I was waiting patiently 'till y’all got back, I probably did nod off…no shame in my game!!! I’ll try…I said, t-r-y to stay awake. SS/BW…mister
Need to let the soil dry out more. Being such small plants in large pots its going to take a while. My suggestion is to take another pot fill it with dry dirt and pick up and get the idea of the weight when it’s dry. Or use a scale if this is difficult. Then wait till your wet pots are about the same then water again.
When the soil can’t dry out the roots don’t expand looking for water as it’s right where they need it. If the roots don’t grow the top of plants don’t grow. What you see on top in growth will be similar to your root growth on the bottom. Also when it is too wet for too long it reduces the aeration of soil roots love aeration. Just need more lifta. Your giving It too much love. Love is the biggest killer of plants haha
You guys are correct of course. I did not consider the watering every other day.
Yeah really small plants in that big pot. Gonna take at least a week I would think to go through that potentially a lot more if it’s really saturated. The fabric pots will help though.
Thanks for the input guy @Chronickyle @BigMike55 . I’ll just practice a little more LITFA. I was concerned that they seem to be stunted. Guess I’ll just carry on with the other “weeds” in my life.
Before and After! Gotta get back to it.
They deffinetly are stunted. When it dries up it will be better though.
On another note that clean up job you did looks really swell compared to before!
