Holy's Garden (Part 2)

I’m people in general. This is a perfect example of why I would prefer a disagree button here on the forums. I like fried foods, they’re some of my favorite. I definitely prefer things fried in lard or tallow though. Some just like to be argumentative whereas others enjoy discussions and participating in dialogue. When I brought up the difference of beans compared to canned beans or the distinction of smoke point tests where they test the oil alone compared to real world cooking scenarios the topic quickly got shifted to “well fried foods taste good I don’t care haha.” I’m too experienced for that type of shenanigans. Many blessings and much love

that hen story and polenta is making me hungry

@LemonadeJoe I think Sbean can get a disagree button even if he’s the only one, but it might be popular ahahah

how good are you guys at coding…?

actually what about those japanese and korean variety shows where little emojis fly across the screen and tease the characters, making fun of them… that could be something we send… like animated powdery mildew on a post or fungus gnats… little fungus gnats get sent to the posts we don’t like - damn I’m stoned… heh

I don’t think you can be ‘people in general’ in that statement though since you clearly stated that you knew it was marked vegan due to not using animal fats to make it. I would think ‘people in general’, the average person, probably doesn’t know that.

It’s whatever though, we can move on. I want a thumbs down button myself :joy:

i would like some animated powdery mildew and fungus gnats and unknown pollen to spread on posts to joke with them but not in a mean way (this thread I agree with all)

I don’t think you can be ‘people in general’ in that statement though since you clearly stated that you knew it

I wasn’t born with that knowledge though. Each one teach one. I didn’t learn why it said vegan on the beans until a while after reading it. My brain didn’t correlate it all at once. It took me connecting memories and previous experiences of eating a can of beans that I didn’t like and compared ingredients with a can of beans I like, the main difference was the inclusion or exclusion of lard. I didn’t correlate that prior experience of the vegan label on the can of beans immediately, but eventually I did. So yes, I am people in general. Like the rasta say every rasta was once a bald head. We all learn and grow. We’re never ever idiots for these things. I feel bad for my reaction in my subsequent comment but I was intentional about leaving space for grace in my first.

When the conversation turned to “fried foods are good who cares” that showed to me the intent of interaction and I’m not perfect. I suppose that’s part of the reason I’d like a dislike button as well. Many blessings and much love

Yea. Please. Let’s do that.

No hard feelings and I apologize for not better expressing my feelings. We all share a classified this plant and community and that’s the most important thing to me. Many blessings and much love

Temps have finally dropped this week and fall seems to be kicking in so definitely wanna start soaking more beans soon. Going to clean up the tents sometime this week as it’s been almost 3 weeks with no plants in there so all the bugs should be dead by now. Plus i’ve been running a bug zapper in the main (offending) tent for almost a month now too :joy: Clones have been perfect so far, though the drop in temps is affecting rooting time.

Still trying to figure out what beans I want to start next

I know I’m running a pack of DEFSeeds 89 NL5. Unsure on the F6 or F7 ‘Pink’ yet. Probably whatever pack I grab first

Also have a pack of NL1 to run.

Question is, what is the 3rd pack to pop? More SSDD F2’s to try and find that male? Run some NorthStar again to find a better mom? Tho I’m hopeful on that LCH #11. If that’s the soaring sativa girl, my work there is done :joy: Oh I remember, that TK BX1 from Cutthroat Genetics. Make a TK BX2 :yum:

Keyword: DANGEROUS

I suggest you don’t make any, because you would need to do it outside away from anything flammable

I shant say otherwise because, those might be construed as being words that could get me banned :flushed::no_mouth:

I once ordered some, when I was in 6th grade, from a magazine called Shotgun News. I wanted to make sure the recipe produced something similar. It does  Chloroform will make you go to sleep…just like the movies. Be safe!

But seriously tho :joy: I’m not making it myself that’s for damn sure. I don’t even have the plates and whatnot either. Need those first. I’ll probably just move on to another plant. See if this winter is the ticket :fire:

LMFAO! Nobody could ever tell me what to do… I had a shed full of chemistry equiptment back when I was in 6th grade. I could do AB extractions, made black-powder based rocket propellent and, was a complete chemistry geek. I would just dig in and go for it. The nuns at my Catholic school started a counseling program just to try to gain insight into the machinations of my inner mind. I broke them :joy:

Dude, she is your fave… I would pop more of these! I caught some SSDD crosses in the auction just because of your raving over her!

I vote for popping more SSDD

I thought you crossed her with your TK, too… THOSE would be RAD!

I’m just happy it wasn’t my fault this time Holy’s thread got derailed.

Holy doesnt seem like the type that was slighted into retentiveness at age 2, I have never once seen him try to micromanage the conversation flow nor tangential banter in this topic

Idk about favorite ever  out of the other 100ish ssdd’s I’ve looked at, she is. It’s more, she checks my boxes enough and numbs my carpel tunnel and whatnot. If I didn’t have any pain at all, I’m not sure i’d keep her. She’s pretty damn good tho regardless.

I DO want to cross her to the TK but not been able to make the fem thing happen yet. Both rocket and myself have both failed to reverse her multiple times. Tempted to either dunk her into the sts for a few minutes, or inject her with it. IDK yet. I’ve thought about trying to reverse the ssdd girl but in 4 years I’ve never seen nor heard of a nanner on her at all. I can at least get the tk to throw a nanner or two but they’re sterile. Even when I’ve reversed the tk, it’s sterile.

oh dam! I must not read with full comprehension or, misread… I thought you did the tk x ssdd cross

That is true… you have been hunting quite a few grows for a long while now  You are the in-house expert on SSDD!

I bet you could reverse your SSDD: The TK is special in her not wanting to reverse. I would at least try; I wish I had some bubba kush pollen to send ya… crossing that back your SSDD sounds like it might be a rad cross too!
…but, of course, I have a Bubba bias, so I could be totally inciting the ban hammer with that thought
