Humboldt CSI Plant Guide

I thought it was chem itself that can herm, so I’d assume both can. but I’m not an expert on things chem, so don’t take that as a concrete reply :joy:.

Some sterile sacs are expected… but wondering if the hybrids are a herm party

Personally I say grow it and knock off the nanners. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal.

I’ve noticed bubba stuff to usually have a few lower sacks / nanners. Usually kind of hidden in the singular bottom calyxes. The notso HB / lemon tree hybrid had a good amount of lower balls around wk 3. Seen a few other notso HB crosses with similar reports.

My bubba s1 def leans OG so I also expect some on that one.

Yeah I found all 3 I grew of savage bubba (sfv x bubba) and 1 good ole days (panama x bubba) had the same kind of hidden lower nanners. Mostly wk 3-4, but some late end of flower too.

Crazy you say that I was looking at good ol days as one of the bubba hybrids to run next

Sterling skunk holding some beans. This started throwing a couple nanners last week but I just realized that I kept it right outside the window with my wife’s bedside lamp that is on every night so I think I stressed it a little with light leaking. Running the clones again inside to see how it goes. This plant has started to stink. Like sour grapefruit rind, and has a sharp and pungent fuel smell, dare I say skunky. Another 10-14 days and she should be done. Zero rot or mold at all and she spends every night in a small enclosed greenhouse with pretty high RH. Interested to find out what’s inThe rest of the pack. Only popped a few and got a couple males and this female.

Good ole days was nice! I grew it as a small little totem pole - bubba structure, with limey terpenes and a warming hybrid high. I think it only had late lower nanners if I remember right, and was a bit neglected.

I grew a few out a few years ago. Short flower time easy to grow. Smelled EXACTLY like blueberry muffins. However the smell did not transfer to the taste at all. Very bland taste even blander high. You would be better off with something from Humboldt CSI.

Wow at first glance this looked like Raskal’s OG kush pictured in the Chemdog 101 thread on ICmag by H&L lol. Great looking plants

:call_me_hand: i actually popped the whole pack & got about 4 viable seedlings so I shared that with seedsherenow & they replaced it with identical & tossed in a bunch of freebies. :man_shrugging: I’ll probably end up growing the freebies & giving away or donating the BBMuffins :joy:

I was going to comment about this but saw the multiple supports going on. Very beautiful plant and hope I can do an outdoor grow someday where I live.

Well how was that 79 when you harvested it? Some phenos are rank but some aren’t, I would say as far as potential goes with skunk xochis Sterling skunk that csi sells

NO smell really harvested at day 76 - at present have cut and dry -sweating now the in jars - have heard that this strain needs 30day cure to bring out the “skunk” (I hope) it was a thick /massive/ trichome covered buds - funk stuff. Yea wish I would have gotten the skunk “smell” pheno. (have a few more tries yet) Worth growing again

Around 45 days since flip

I ended up burning the notso x triangle that ended up herming on me, using organic liquid feed from neptunes harvest. Personal first for me. Both headband (notso) crosses seem to be a bit nutrient sensitive compared to the rest, Notso x triangle more so. I suspect this might have contributed to their intersex issues.

However i am feeding heavier than i have on previous runs. None of these plants are particularly nutrient sensitive but the notso crosses are more sensitive than the rest

I found a pollen sac on the, notso x triangle, sitting right on top of a bud without discoloration of the pistils while defoliating. Have not seen any obvious signs of fertilization or seed development.

How much did you use per gallon of water out of curiosity? I have used that product and had no issues personally.

I usually use around 20-30ml per gallon once a week of the neptunes rose and flower Plus around 1/2 cup of down to earth rose and flower mix every two weeks

This round i have been slowly increasing compared to previous runs. Ive used both fertilizers for a couple years now.
