I reuse my coco 3 to 4 times then spent coco goes into my garden beds. Waste nothing.

I am in the business of using lumber, and the prices here on the west coast where I am at have more like doubled or more! It is freaking insane…

@twistedinfinity No joke on lumber costs. I got asked to frame up a friend’s basement as soon as I give him materials cost he backed down. Unreal.

Yeah it really is… we are lucky that most the people seem to be paying cash so it isn’t a big deal to them… I don’t even want to do any work on my own house im buying though! lmfao
