Colorado boy living in Austin, Texas. I do love the long growing season here, even if the legal system is behind.
I am strongly in camp Indica, though I do plan to grow out some land race Sativas. I’d like to know if they bring on the same anxiety that has made marijuana both my most and least favorite drug I’ve ever experienced (my theory is that this anxious feeling is a recent development in cannabis, as I have many good memories of sativa highs 17-18 years ago). A good stoney-baloney, 30-ton body high for me thank you.
I am very excited to join. I have years of hobby experience and have worked in a dispensary in Denver, but I still learn new stuff every day. My current goals are to combine the mutated leaves of Australian Bastard Cannabis or Duck Foot or Freakshow with the heaviest of indicas, high THC and CBD. An auto flower version would really set it off, as I am going for high-yield and low size. If anyone has a breeding project that includes some or all of these features, please reach out!
Hello @FeloniousMonk, welcome to OG!
Sounds like you’re into some cool experiments.
I’m sure you’ll find a welcoming community here as well as an invaluable amount of information to assist you in your adventures.
Welcome to the OG @FeloniousMonk!!! This is the best place around. From researching, learning, trading to free giveaways, this is the friendliest place on the net. There are some of the coolest, nicest, generous folks around. Ask a question, get an answer, and not demeaned or talked down upon.
Pull up a chair, kick back, relax, and welcome to the “Greatest Grow on Earth” !!!
If you’re able to DM, and you want, give me an address and I’ll send you the only ABC cross I have taken to 3rd generation so far. I’m at 2nd generation with another one, so give me a couple months and I’ll have 3rd gen seeds of that as well.
What!? So crazy I feel like I’m getting a pretty good return on my investment here. Thank you and hell yes!
I think with all the welcome messages I can DM now and will check shortly. Much thanks and gratitude @middleman and to @BasementBeans for being the middleman between myself and @middleman. I’m already seeing why everyone seems so juiced to be here
