Hey peeps, Slim the outlaw from somewhere in the Midwest here (Slim is a nickname given at a very young age by a close Uncle). Been growing off and on (mostly on) for a cpl decades now. Took the last few yrs off as a move forced me to shut down temporarily.

In the process of getting a new spot to start running indoor again, but was lucky enough to find a little area to do some OD in the meantime this year.

Most of my experience has been ID, but always wanted to run OD so I’m stoked to be back at it to say the least. Found this spot VERY late in the season unfortunately but so far they’re doing great and stacking nicely. I’ll throw up some pics soon. Looking forward to getting an early start next year and doing some proper OD!

Also been getting into growing other plants (mostly vege’s and fruit) outdoors and very excited about that as well.

Been around other various forums in the past but mostly lurking. With the plant becoming more accepting and legalization seemingly just around the corner, I’m less apprehensive to participate these days.

Looking forward to getting to know you all and gaining inspiration and new ideas from the members here as well as sharing what I’ve got going on and helping out where I can.

Thanks!

hI there horticulturilists and criminals in my country doin LEGAL stuff that idiots do not allow…haha just joking…it will be legal soon here and i want to gather knowledge share mine hear others and watch other peoples frosty bag appeall filled buds and harvests.im tempted to do a few crops but im waiting and keeping doors open and not burning any more bridges in this life as i was a reckless grower and now im small time if growing at all…

Want to say thanks for the website overgrow in 98 or whatever year was the greatest and as far as i knew the first weed website. i had several usernames some i cant use again or the feds and suits will hunt me down for some of my taken down photos…So im small time now 3 ft b 3 ft max scrogs is all i need.

Ido not actually smoke buds. I smoke hash only, i dry sift all the trimmed buds all the tric covered sugar leaves…throw away the fan leaves of coarse and turn the resin covered buds leaves and all into hash.
Give away trichomeless buds away to anyone and smoke my dry sift hash.

This may trigger some pro pot people or confuse others but some cannabinoid in buds sends me nuts…NOT THC NOT CBD…so i smoke thc based hash…best method i found was simple dry sift…Indica hash its like my non addictive non chemical based xanex or high potency diazapam/valium…except it gives me night vision or so it seems… i just smoke hash only…thats my story.

PS- the original overgrow when owned by heavens stairway had a brilliant calculator to work out total wattage over all veg/flower/clone/exaust/air con wattage to work out how many grams per watt per week? month? something like that it was excellent…take care toke on and chill if you need to party on if it feels right but just dont snap my undies :slight_smile:Introduce Yourself @OG (Part 2) - #4556 by ColeLennon

My record on og calculator was near 1.watt per 1.5 gram per week…beaten it since.

Hi yall I’m new to this website, found it by stumbling on the, dry-cure-cabinet-diy-open -source-precision-dry-chamber topic. I was checking out how the cannitrol works, the patent abstract sequence, logic, components was all I got until I read this. The arduino stuff is what I’m curious about, with the programming, and pcb assembly. I was a field type electronic tech. stuck out in the weather, the guru’s picked the shop level work, and it was’nt me that got any of it. I have a friend with a few plants outside, last year I loaned him a humidity gauge and book by Ed on drying and curing, and I think the vapor pressure controlled environment is the ideal way to go. I first became aware of it this past year. I was wondering what suggested reading or info source someone could share about getting the parts and learning my way with the arduino to diy a refrigerator that wants a 2nd life providing a vapor friendly environment. I had a hydroponic unit, that cloudy misty environment with the proper nutrients is the best way to promote optimal results. I’m 67, retired, busy working on my house, when I’m not out somewhere.
