ya all the cuts i keep will get a heavy spraying once they have rooted, all my seedlings when the time comes will also get well sprayed.

You can always dip clones in a 10% bleach solution to kill off pests/bacteria they may have, just an idea

First thing I would recommend @JAWS is minimizing the RH swings between lights on and lights off. It’s that RH spike that allows spore germination. That was what helped me the most.
And I like to dip my cuttings and small moms into sulfur. You get complete coverage that way. 3 applications 3 days apart then after another week I would wash the plants a couple times with Dr Bronner or yucca to remove the residue. You could then rotate to something like Lost Coast if you really wanted to be sure they were clean.

You have to hit everything at once, if there are blooming plants cut them down and toss 'em in the trash. Treat all clones, and keep going.

I have Danolyte and it will get rid of PM and any other fungus. It is the same thing as agrowlyte which is marketed at a higher price to growers.

I forgot to add, the danolyte comes at a strength of 500 ppm. Cut it at a rate of 1:1 with water, 250 ppm is plenty to kill off the mildew and spores. This is a contact disinfectant once it dries it is gone. For clones and small plants, you can dip, for larger plants you will want to spray the tops and bottoms of the leaves.
@JAWS If you have dust sleeves on carbon filters you will want to take those off and clean them to get the spores out of the cloth.

these will have to wait for late summer to get wet, i have two projects that i want to get to starting with the next seed drop in a couple weeks.
another good thing about me dumping all those cut’s, i now have room to pop more seeds for a better hunt for the things im after.
got word today that the second have of one of my projects has been sent, and its a killer {well for me they are} been looking for them for over a decade. so two projects 4 strain and i have three in hand and just waiting for that fourth to show up.
got to make a fresh batch of cherry ak-47 my main vendor put in the request so im going to get that done for them.
not sure what im going to get from these old school s1 romulan’s but were going to find out.

wish i knew my friend i have been looking but can not find the legit lineage of the bubblegum strain.
these were made by SS then CSI worked them, i am the third breeder to work this line. i have no idea what the lineage is, i ask here not long ago but still did not get the lineage 100% so i just let them out as is.
