Green Crack Plants are all up-potted and watered/fed thoroughly.

All I can say is WOW! They are loving this @MarsHydro FC-4800 light! Even the seedlings are thriving under it!

Ive raised it to about 50cm above the tops of the up-potted plants and dialed the light up to 45%. I’m getting approximately 15000 lux at the tops of the Green Crack and approximately 9000 at the height of the Holy Crack seedlings. :seedling: :seedling:

Everything is happy

@Jinglepot I’m always impressed with your grows and amazed you’re able to take your plants in and out without concerns for pests.
Peter must be doing a great job. :grinning:

Hahaha, thanks! I DO have issues with pests when I bring my outdoors inside. I treat them accordingly. These days I try and just veg seed runs out side and flower them inside, it’s less work on pest control. I don’t have to be so vigilant, lol

I was beginning to think you lived in a magical place that was devoid of bad bugs or at least where pests knew their place.

Hahahaha, hard no. Thrips, and mites are thriving here outdoors…as well as a constant battle with Powdery Mildew. It’s a consequence of living next to a river in a moist, Temperate climate with less sunlight due to the steep valley we live at the bottom of. Our road is literally called River Valley Rd, its iff of Riverbottom rd. lol.

We call it Liver Valley due to the beer consumption of the locals in the area :laughing::laughing:

I used Safers Insecticidal Soap on a thrip infestation and I think I got them. It took a while tho. A couple treatments. Now my nemesis is caterpillars. I think I only have about a week or two until harvest.

Safers has always damaged my plants. They don’t recover well. I will 9nly treat up to 1 week into bud… if I have to. Otherwise its a wash. I use pyrethrin for most pests before flower. After flower it depends on pests. But usually involves defoliation and tap water washing. Aphids are extremely susceptible to milk, same with PM. Rules apply to the application methods

This stuff ruined a whole crop this summer. They never recovered from the spray.

Yeah, I applied at sunset and sprayed off with water in the morning. It was a few weeks ago. Hope it didn’t hurt my buds. They appear nice and frosty. And I can’t see any damage.

That’s awesome, I had done it to early VEG plants getting moved from my greenhouse to a grow tent. Lol, wanst good. Maybe I should’ve waited for the plants to be more established and washed it off tge next day

That’s what I was recommended to do by a great growers. Seems to have worked. I do have a bit of bud rot there too, but not a lot. I pick those little budlets out. Them 'pillars eat a lot. And shit a lot too.

Yes I did mix it a little weak. I’m not worried. The buds look good, and as normal, I will be washing the buds at harvest.
