Jinglepot Showcasing the Mars Hydro FC-4800

I haven’t got any light burn yet, but until yesterday I was running below 45%. This stage of veg they don’t seem to need any more. I know some is genetics, but I think the light is playing a lot in the the plant structure. No stretch, great node spacing, big and really green leaves, and uniform growth. With my old MH or HPS in a 4x4 tent, the plants on the edges were always getting quite a bit less light than the ones in the middle. Growth seems the same all around with this light. I’m loving it.

It sounds like i should monitor for light burn as I get into the flower stage and start cranking that dial up. :+1:

Topped all of the Green Crack as soon as the lights came on and gave them a watering of rhyzotonic, b52, diamond nectar and Floralicious plus.

It’s absolutely crazy, I need to transplant them again already! Its only been 15 days since I planted them into their 1 gallon pots! I need to get that other tent ready and as soon as they recover from the topping a bit I will up pot them into 5 gallon pots

Hehe, i cant even run at 25%:grin::grin:
The seedlings got really stretchy but after the true leaves their internodes are really close. Almost too close on the BLD leasing cultivars :+1:t2:

Love this light and I wont pop seeds under it in the Future, building a small 1x1x1 box for seedlings and clones with led stripes instead

Pz :v:t2:

The Holy Crack are out of the the Mars Hydro FC4800 lit tent and ot has given me a LITTLE bit more space. One observation I had is how much more bushy these plants are under the Mars Hydro LED. Insanely so in comparison to my MH and HPS lights. I’m loving every minute of it.

I took some outdoor daylight and trichome pics of my flowered out Green Crack mother plant. Got away from those pesky HPS colours and she is beautiful!!

They were really hungry, so I gave them a good dose of nutes today. Got 14, 5gal pots ready for transplanting all the Green Crack on Sunday.

I emptied the 5 gall pots into thos 50gal drum amd will leech it in boiling water, then a peroxide watering for use in the future. For these plants I will be using fresh new Promix HP.

Plants are looking a little sad, feeding didn’t help as much as I hoped. I turned the light back down from 60% to 45%. I’m feeding the Holy Crack plants the same and under the MH set at 300w are showing no signs of stress .

Could the green crack be root bound?

Yup, quite so, lol, should perk up now that they can spread their legs… I just didn’t have the time to do it sooner, busy, busy, lol.

Uh, yeah. I usually try to up pot before the roots get solid. Haha. Nice work there, Jingles. You will have the Monster Squad in your tent in about three weeks.

The girls are recovering very quickly after a transplant. Theu were quite rootbound and are definately stretching their legs! They are also filling out and reacting nicely to the pruning they received at transplant.

Here are the Green Crack in the tent with my new Mars Hydro FC-4800. I raised the light a bit. We are at about 2.5ft from the canopy and I turned it up to 55%. I’m going to closely monitor them fir the next few days and see if they start stretching or fading from too much or too little light.

Here is the control group under my trusty HPS lamps. 1000w run at 75% 5.5ft above canopy. I will be replacing the bulbs with brand new ones as soon as I flip to flower to get a good, true as possible comparison to my new Mars Hydro LED.

Here is one I took out of the HPS room for some natural outdoor light shots. Much greener without the pesky yellow, lol.

Those roots remind me of a giant bowl of fresh Pho! How on earth did you get that root propagation? Myco? Or just straight good genetics. Wow man

Ugh, first… I LOVE PHO. I have ot probably at LEAST once a week. Loaded Pho, extra spicy.
And second… I use GH 3 part with GH floralicious and Diamond Nectar. I also use Canna Rhyzotonic (which is, IMO, the major contributer to root mass) and Advanced Nutrients B52. Every watering except silica waterings. Once or twice in a 5 week veg I will use cal/mag and silica feedings. But I havent at this point. Roots to the max. I have my plants in plastic plant trays and I alternate from 2 or 3 top waterings to 1 filled tray bottom watering.

Ahh ok cool I see, Promix HP & assorted bottled nutrients. I’ve been using FFOF & organic dry Ammendments. Not once have I seen roots even 35% as dense. Then again I’m a newbie! Still i think I might try your method on the near future. I want that bucket of Pho in my tent!!

The 2 nutrients I swear by are Canna Rhyzotonic and Advanced Nutrients b52 . The rest I’ve flip flopped and tried so many different brands and combinations… but those 2 I always gravitate back to because of the results. I got the best over all results ever using a full Advanced Nutrients lineup but it was so expensive in nutrient cost, it wasnt even worth it at all. My 2 cents :v::v:
