Yeah, I have heard of it. I just don’t “get it”.
That is just the thing @BigMike55 . Decent folk just can’t wrap their minds around that sort of thing. Their minds are twisted into something that doesn’t have any resemblance to humanity.
It sure doesn’t seem like a human could possibly do this, but then again, think about the stuff happening in the world.
Humanity and being a human are separate things. I have known humans that acted bestially. They were a sad waste of human flesh.
I guess so. I have heard of some people in third world countries, collecting shit in a bottle and letting it ferment. Somehow using that to get off. It’s amazing to me that anyone even came up with the idea.
So here’s one for you @BigMike55 . I’ve seen people take cigarettes and soak them in airplane grade fuel. Then dry it in the sun for days before smoking it. They called it Wack or something like that. Walking zombies brother.
It’s Wack alright. You’d hafta be wack to even think about smoking that.
That’s beyond messed up! What’s next? They gonna start lacing coffee?
I just don’t understand how that is even economically viable…
Naw cuz, that just doesn’t make sense, I agree…
Still another reason to grow my own I suppose.
Onto other things lol I had a brainfart that might be of use to y’all. I just made a 12 strain trade with another OGer and came up with a way to put 12 packs of seeds in one small card. It still has the washers to prevent getting crushed but doesn’t weigh anywhere near what it does with the flips, and also hold a lot more! I shipped to Canada with
‘non-machinable’ for $1.60!
First, I checked to see how it would go…
Then I took some printer paper and basically made the cad run flips like @Mr.Sparkle uses, only out of the paper. The paper is a lot lighter so the card only weighed 1.1oz
I numbered the packs and put the Index on the top half of the card. Then I used regular scotch tape to seal the seed in with the paper to keep them from sticking. Run the tape both directions to make sure the seeds don’t fall out, lol
Then I ran tape across each row, side to side to hold them in place.
It saved a lot of money in every way,
Just sharing a DIY hack for shipping folks. It went out this morning, no sweat.
Yeah I know lol it’s nasty looking… but it works! That’s all that matters to me.
I always said “If necessity is the mother of invention, laziness has to be the father”. I guess frugality is the Uncle. lol
The other member I made the trade with loved it since he has a lot of seeds to send out also lol he’s using this new method.
it woulda taken 4 cards/stamps at the minimum number to send 12 flips
I just told the Post Office it was one of those fold out Christmas Scene cards.
You know me bro. I’m all about getting it done without a lot of scratch.
Well lol I was running low on flips too, so figured instead of ordering and waiting.
Just ‘get-er-dun’
I always heard ‘necessity is the mother of inventiveness’
lol I just snapped that you’d said it also @MoBilly
But it’s very true!
Also, lol actually there was a good bit of work went into making them, so not lazy
It was frugal though and that’s always a plus.
Actually bro, I applaud your inventiveness. In fact, earlier this week I sent some out using note cards cut just like you did and taped just slightly more than you did. I put two washers of seeds in one folded note card.
I was just thinking it was neat that we thought it out very similarly.
