Hate to hear it’s keeping ya up again. The humidity is no joke on the bones and joints. The cold is coming too. That really gets me in the feels.
Yep, that coupled with other ailments acting up, put a whammy on me!

That bad valve in my heart is creating problems, causing legs swelling again. bottom of feet feel like ‘rockers’ (pads swollen) so hard to even walk. Fell back to use of the rollaround walker
