Thanks mate, I’m pretty happy with the results so far.
As for the seed run, this is my first real go at making some seeds. I was gifted some fem auto’s from @Mr.Sparkle and have taken a real liking to auto’s. I’m just producing more seeds for future use. Not sure what could be produced in such a small environment, time will tell. I’ve only dusted some of the lower branches.

More than enough to have lots of spares to do what you want with… but johnnyb’s plants with how much they were pollinated maybe hundred or so between the the two by rough guess.
Really depends on the plant and how big or well pollinated it gets, which depends on what you want cause you can target pollinate just a few nodes to whole plants.
@Johnnybsmokin id be removing the reversed one now, unless you want to pollinate a bit more then, but just pluck a open pod or two with tweezers and dust some bud sites with them, wont nee more than a couple., also gives up some space for the other plants to utilize
just to show @invisible these two lower nodes will probably yield 50-60 seeds for me but they have been thoroughly pollinated

I’m sure I’ll be fumbling along when it comes time to make seeds. What are you using to reverse the plants?
Thaks @Mr.Sparkle yep that would be more than enough for me and maybe another bud as gifts, future X runs for someone with more experience and more room to do it than what I have.

Thanks for dropping by and passing on your wisdom and generosity. I’ve dusted most of the lower branches and left the main/upper buds to flower normally.
It’s not hard to imagine 50 to 100 seeds if they all grow.
I’ve actually got the reversed plant in the veg cabinet by its self at the moment. The others are in the flower cab, so little to know chance of accidental pollination happening. I’ll starting plucking the open flowers and collect and then store the pollen for future use. I’ll dust another couple of buds on the next Dark Spark, but will store the rest in the freezer for latter use.

@Mr.Sparkle gave some good pointers for CS so I’ve ordered what I need and when it arrives i’ll have a crack a making some and when my current grow finishes I’ll get an auto in there and try my luck at it.

This was the second attempt at trying to reverse. The first time I didn’t notice until about 7 to 8 week mark that there were developed sacks down low on a couple of small buds. Wasn’t even sure if the pollen would be viable, so I made some more and tried this current plant and it has completely turned. I’ll just collect and store it for now mostly.
It’s all about the trying and learning and then now how to apply it for future use.

Are you going to try any of the pollen from the first plant or did you not keep any of it?
In the freezer with some grains of rice? Is that the best storage method?
I will give it try I just need it to work as I only have 2 seeds of one strain and a couple of single seeds of 2 different strains. looks like Mr.Sparkle managed to pollinate single plant which I would like to try with one of the strains but I think i need to crawl first
Thé first plant stopped producing, and didn’t give up enough for future use, so none left
Yes to the freezer, I’ll do a little more reading to confirm but yea.
You’ll just have to give it a go, only way to learn what works for you.

22/12/19
First up the reveresed female, pot number 4
I’ve been collecting pollen, have done so over the last few days.
Trimmed down all the growth and found a couple of small buds on the bottom with ‘hairs’ waiting for some pollen. So for shit and giggles I applied some. Not sure if the plant will survive long enough to produce any selfed seeds but I’ll let her go for a while and see.

Been about 2 weeks now with self pollinating the lower buds, not sure it will make it long enough for the seeds to be viable

I leave tomorrow for 5 days for work, so I’ll see how number 7 is like when I get back. Will probably need culling I think. Not sure what’s wrong with it, but off coarse it may not like the temps as of late. Ambient temps with lights on at this time of year are high 20’s to low 30’s.
I’ll try the remaining 2 seeds in a couple of months when temps drop again.

First up
It’s at about 3 weeks from self pollination now, not sure if it will make it. It’s at 10 weeks old

Purple Punch, didn’t make it!! Maybe doesn’t like the SIP container method ??

And lastly, I picked through 1 of the lower buds that I had pollinated on plant/pot number 5, and found 18 seeds, 16 look good 2 not so.
I put the 2 imature seeds into water yesterday and paper towel this morning to see if they will crack.
I’ll give both of the plant another week or so before looking for more seeds.
