That is a whole lot of work, is it blasphemous to prefer making BHO? I prefer to smoke that instead unless you press that bubble then maybe it gets closer to something I prefer. Just my 2cent

60 bucks open box special off Amazon. I think I know why it was returned too. You have to pull up on the timer knob to turn it on, that’s in the instructions no where…here’s the one I got bud.

I’ve never tried to make BHO. Is it easy?

@Loggershands Chop it up, pack it up in tube, blast into pyrex and evap outside. Once low bring inside and put on vac pump. I can smoke his in less that 2 hours from start.

I am comfortable with smoking it since I am making it and making sure I get almost all of the butane out. I did bubble once and its just too much work and it did not give high quality without further removal of the oil from the heads.

So far, it’s nice. I think I need to alter my process. But I’m doing a second wash now. I like that I let it sit for 15 min outside. Then run it for 15 min, drain into bags, and scrape it out. Way less time consuming.

So what I’m doing is putting the trim and buds in the 220 micron work bag. I put some ice in there as well. Close the bag up with the draw string and then fill the washer with ice and water. Let it soak for 15 min, do a 15 min wash cycle, and then open the modified drain hose. I let that water flow out into the other bubble bags and the water just drains on the ground. I may get a 5 gal bucket and cut holes in the bottom so I don’t have to hold the bags while it drains and filters. Then I plan to rinse with cold water and put it away.

I’m curious about this as well.
I watched a video with Frenchy and he had a similar washing machine. Frenchy did not use a bag, he put his trim directly in the machine.
But what I don’t understand is how does the machine drain the water with the hash, but no leaves? Internal screen?

There is an internal screen, but I don’t think it’s fine enough.
