These work great. I was able to get a Bubble bag dude washer for $50 on offer up last year. Looked brand new when I got it. Finally used it about a month ago and after the initial getting used to it seems pretty straight forward. Make sure to rerun each wash several times. I got more the second and third wash.

You make shatter in 2 hours? I let mine purge in an actual vacuum oven for at least 3 days. What temp are you purging at?

The grater is a great idea. My dad makes bubble hash and drying it is always a challenge.

One fun thing about Microplanes that they explain in the listing for that basic flat rasp: they were originally (and still very popular as) fine woodworking hand tools, and that one is shaped the way it is with no handle because it’s designed to fit into a standard hacksaw handle instead of a blade. It’s one of the reasons I like to recommend those besides them being the most durable and compact version as well, once the sleeve slides over it, you can just slide it into a side pocket on some carpenters pants.
