Landrace Expansion & Trade

Wait until you grow his Lemon Thai… it’s the easiest Thai cross I’ve ever grown and is a nice yielding strain with a great structure to hold all the flowers upright. It grows a nice long cola if left untopped.
Smells/flavors of sweet lemon and spicy Thai are amazing together. It gives a mellow Thai type of high bordering on the spacey side if too much is smoked.

@GMan, you’ll definitely dig this strain!

Bahia blackhead ,it’s from the north eastern part of south America from what I understand and was used in alot of different breeding projects u deer the vague name of Brazilian.

I’m stoked to get it. I don’t want to have any hiccups. His Golden Wedding was one of the least finicky plants I ever grew. If it dried out it just waited. It wouldn’t even wilt. Nothing seemed to bother it. No PM, no bugs, tough as hell. And it finished pretty quick.

Do you remember the time for the LT? 12-14??

I read just a little bit on it and I Know It prefers the warmer temperatures. I will have to bring this one in at night. Any idea on flowering times?

I think I tried under that name( bahia) and only came up with a hybrid under that name. I know it was used, but it wasn’t pure Bahia. Didn’t say too much. Small buds i think…have you heard of the flavors?

I found some info on the cabeca. Its from the mouth of the amazon in brazil. Father ( ???) Of white widow/ el nino… but cabeca de negro is slang for good pot in ne brazil so we shall see…

You are correct it’s supposed to be the Brazilian parent of White widow. I’m guessing flower time could be pretty long.

Seems like this strain came up somewhere else around OG in the last year. I remember that name, Bahia Blackhead.

Up-pot and top for first landrace run. Hoping to squeeze them in flower in 2-3 weeks. Right now the mighty Gorilla has taken over and decided to stretch into my hoods at almost 6’. Check out the beldia that bled dark purple when I topped it

Cool trait. Purple sap! Plants are all looking good.

The Lemon Thai went 8 or 9 weeks, but was much stronger when harvested at 10.

There’s a breeder named KC Brain who has a strain called Bahia Blackhead that he made some years back by crossing a pure Brazilian to his KC 606.

You holding Lemon Thai? I’ve been looking for that one. Someone needs to do a reproduction!

I do. I have about 10 Lemon Thai seeds left, or so. A reproduction run is a great idea @lefthandseeds.

I hold a few other “lost” strains, or close to it, that should be reproduced too.

There’s a strain named Blue Chocolate (Dabney Blue x Chocolate Rain) by the now defunct Fusion Seeds that I have original seeds of. It tastes like blueberry muffins w/dark chocolate.

I also have original seeds of Madonna F1 (The One F1 x Blue Kronic) that should be reproduced. The sweet grape/berry flavor is outstanding!

Just a couple of thoughts.

I have at least 5 of the f2(?) LT and a couple of the ones San sent to Smile. My plan is to make seeds once I run it. I should start them now and work it out. 10 weeks is nothing.

The 10 Lemon Thai seeds I have are F2. I would love to run these, but I don’t have room for this project and already have a lot going on at the moment.

I am willing to send my seeds to a member in good standing who wants to take on a project like this and make a bunch of seeds for anyone interested.

@SamwellBB @DesertGrown I might be interested in doing a reproduction if one of you guys would be willing to sponsor some seeds. I’d open pollinate a few branches on each female and send you back as many as you want. Let me figure out what my next plans are after this PPP and get back to you.
