Howdy,

Iā€™m growing some Vietnamese from tltseeds.com right now. Iā€™d read this whole thread to see if you ever got some, but my old eyes are sore. Anyway, if there are both sexes, Iā€™ll be making seeds. Planted six, five came up, and one died. Of the four that are left, one is male, and three are undeclared.

i wish you to get a strong female with good taste in your grow and I wish the same thing for my own waking life.

Iā€™ve read that this man was over 6 foot tall and of Celtic decent and had red hair.

I killed the ā€œmaleā€ Vietnamese as a bunch of female parts showed up. And one of the remaining three is a female. Right now, it looks like Iā€™ll pollinate with a male Jamaican Spirit.

To bad about that plant but hermaphrodites must be killed. Alot of true landraces have herm problems due to open field pollination, thai is supposed to be extra difficult to get a true boy from. Alot of work was done by the breeders of the past to give us what we have today.

That is so true. The more I fool around with landraces, the more I respect and appreciate what breeders have done through their work, time, expense, thoughtfullness and skill to give us stable varieties.

There are two female Vitnamese showing and one unknown. Boy these plants really go to town making roots!

What about pumpkin?

has anyone ever found pumpkin smells and where and do u have beans of it

One of my jungle spices had a pumpkin smell to it, very strange. Itā€™s a Congolese sativa crossed with I believe hashplant so maybe it came from the Congo side.

U still have it? Iā€™d be very interested in dat boi

I lost it when I got mites sadly. It was a huge yielder and really dank too, total keeper. Oh wellā€¦

The seed was from the Jungle Spice f2s that Lefthand Seeds did on here, so there might still be some kicking around somewhere. Even if you donā€™t find the pumpkin theyā€™re really great genetics.

I remember in the early '80s. A friend of mine had some ā€œfriendsā€ that were Bringing Columbian Gold across. 2 hit weed. 3 r 4 peeps and I could not finish a joint. Higher than a m-fā€¦ Good weed has always been around. Just more commercialised and advertised now with everybody being " breeders". Good stuff out there today no dought. I read somewhere. 1 Wiseman said " thereā€™s nothing new under the sun, itā€™s all been done before"

Iā€™m pretty sure Ace has some offering from there . Never know whatā€™s out there.

Some of the local tribes have landrace (s) @ since is right. Ace does use one but only offers it hybridised (tikal). They did release a pure version but not avail anywhere now. I think I remember reading that some of the local tribes were the source of the landrace genetics. Should be related to Mexican varieties
