Yessir I haven’t been on since our Oklahoma move … Some new Lavender from Soma ok this thread hey?? His 2005 stock was not even close to the original… But I will say this Lavender on this post looks good … I’d love a proper male to play with if it’s close to the original… :v:t3:

The ones I got came directly from soma in his sealed pack. I’m not sure about the ones you got from a auction but if the auction was here on overgrow there is a real good chance there the ones I made. If that is the case there should be great structure with a surprisingly uniform smell and taste.

Hard to say but it’s very unique , very lavender floral type smell with a sweet hash taste.

I got lucky and found a couple real nice girls in the pack. so far the beans have produced very uniform plants with different levels of purple but very consistent smell and taste profiles. The majority have had a slightly stretched out structure with a very nice Xmas tree shape and spear type colas.

Ya thats gotta be it i jad some stuff back in the day called purple indica it had very unique floral taste and the smell was like musky sweet and cheesy hard to explain. Got a pack of the purple indica s1 and wasnt the one i had so did some research and seems all avenues pointed towards lavender so giving her a go.

You know the average finishing time for lavender

Could be but there is also a purple Afghan that went around for a long time that could also be what your describing it, I haven’t seen it in awile but it was also often called purple kush and had a lot of the traits you describe. The lavender has a very sweet floral smell and hash taste , I never realy got anything cheesy from it but there is a faint musk especially when smoked.

It’s definitely a unique terp profile. I didn’t get much lavender, but it’s funky, musky, deep dank hashy, over ripe, bordering rotten tropical fruit. Crazy 2ft spears on the plants. For the # of seeds passed around, there’s nothing out there. It’s an OG (meaning this website) sleeper for sure

Pheno I got I didn’t want to keep tho- 11+weeks, buds never got to look “finished” meaning they never swelled like I expected at the end. I’ll look for some other phenos tho bc I only had the 1. Definitely worth running some more of IMO

11 weeks is longer then any of mine needed to go but when growing from seed odd variations can show up. It would be interesting to see more of these grown out to see what the true amount of variation is in the line.

Not a good place for flames over seeds … This topic is taking a timeout…
