They had to reschedule the reschedule because there was no room in the schedule. Maybe next week.
They’ve rescheduled
Right now the rescheduling is still in public comment mode… there is alink in that story that takes you to making acomment. Once they are done taking comments then it will go back with the dea and we will see what happens
The biggest road block is those groups that are against the rescheduling, filling lawsuits
I think the rescheduling is just the government pissing on our backs and saying it’s rain. It sounds good on paper. Yes it might help get some prison/jail sentences reduced in the fed system but it’ll still be up to the states if they’ll enforce the laws this way. I hope it goes well I really do but decriminalization would do more and be more helpful than rescheduling. Now the research options that open up with reschedule are unimaginable but none the less saying it’s a drug that must be controlled. Just my opinion and thoughts but any movement in the right direction is good. It just feels like they have taken such control of everything that when the give an inch they make it seem like they gave a mile to placate us if nothing else. It’s good but they could and should have done better. Too much $$ in the prison complex.
