I Just want to say, I been at it since this post, Outside and primary doing multi- exercises with a long metal pipe with a bit of weight on one side and a thick heavy fence post and a bag of gravel. Stuff I had kicking around and I really came up with a shit load of varied exercises. Don’t be afraid to start with anything! And do not forget bands you can hook up many places with a simple anchor, it is a nice softer way to cozy up into athleticism. I am on them now rain is keeping me in. Anyways you tube has great channels if your interested in getting some exercise in a approachable way. Keep it simple , get at it!
