I love some good pineapple upside down cake. I love those old-school church recipes. My mom used to make this homemade chocolate cake. Real thin layers almost like pancakes. It was delicious.

Back when I was a kid I had a 53 Buick Special (flathead straight eight). I was going about 50 when I hit the wall of hail. It took out my windshield. That was a #$%^ing scary ride. It was a twisting back road. All of a sudden I was driving blind and couldn’t stick my head out the window to pull over. I just took the ditch and prayed nobody came up behind me on that turn.
