I got busy chasing info about Jordan Hendrix, the fiddle player for Eleven Hundred Springs.
I noticed he didn’t use his middle finger at all to play. That, being a musician, intrigues me.

R&B is an American thing lol and there’s a ton of singers that made it that! So many songs by so many singers, too many to list!

You know that. My friend and lead guitar picker, Ron, Is amazed at how he can start singing an old R&B song and I’ll jump in with him. He’s in his early 80’s and grew up in St. Louis, playing on porch steps and bars with the old hats.
I’ve always been deeply into music of almost any kind but R&B will move your soul.

Oh I like a lot of newgrass. And I agree with you on the latter. That was not one of Springsteen’s best and these guys did it better. I guess I should say more my style.
