FINAL question… does anyone keep they’re ladies in darkness the last 24-48hours before harvest??..I read it greatly increases the THC levels. I’m also already letting them dry out for 3 days before I harvest, so I’m wondering if doing both will stress them out tooo much…

I don’t do either of these things, so I couldn’t say if they do anything or not.
That said, treat your plants right and they will treat you right.

I do not do any of that. I just grow it and smoke it, nothing fancy

I’ve heard about the darkness thing, it sounds plausible but the closest I get to that is cutting them down at lights on.
As for watering, if they are getting close to harvest and the RH is low, I water fairly heavily. The plant will take up want it wants.
Never stop experimenting or testing other ideas, that’s how you learn!

I have taken plants with lights on, and lights off from 12-48 hours. Lights off, at the end of the light cycle, was no different than up to 48 hours of darkness. That being said, it is less harsh and grassy when I cut down at the end of the dark cycle (10-12 hours of darkness) than when cutting with lights on.
As for the drought stress, I keep feeding/watering until the end, the plant will still take water up, but much slower at the end.

I would normal water today, but I’m honestly tired of the watering process lol… Maybe I’ll just get a couple bottled waters and lightly water them, cuz I was planning on cutting them down either tonight or tomorrow… BUT, if what @ReikoX said is true…I’ll probably wanna do it tomorrow morning(at the end of their dark cycle), so the bud will hopefully be less harsh/grassy, right?..
P.S. - I’ll post some final day pics soon…

I have done it both ways. Right now I do stop watering 2 to 3 days prior. Then place them in the dark for 36 to 48 hours. I chop them after that.
I can not say that it makes a difference in the THC level. I have noticed it seems to help with drying for me. The smoke does seem smoother too, but there are other factors that can cause that too.

I typically shut the lights off and get to them when I can. 12-48 hours I see no difference.

My light schedule is from 6am-6pm… so I’ll just unplug the lights tonight at 6pm, and then I’ll aim to harvest tomorrow at like noon. That’ll be at least 12hours👍🏾 Then I’m taking the whole setup down…finally I’ll have my closet back haha

Take a small nug off now, chop it up really finely and it should be dry by the time you harvest. Always fun to smoke the plant while you trim it haha

I wish I had caught this sooner. Looks like you definitely learned alot. Next time try just growing two plants man. More plants, more possibal problems. There is a great chance you will yield more with two bigger plants then all those little ones put together. Can’t wait to see your next grow bud.

Lol… but I’m also thinking of doing these Jack Herer auto-flowering seeds i got, that’ll be half the time this last grow took…in which case, I’ll probably do 3 or 4 indoors… hopefully my electric bill won’t be as high, considering it’s colder now…OH! And i guess a few of my plants were semi-hermaphrodites lol cuz i got at least 30 seeds from the plants that also produced heavy buds…a lil somethin somethin extra, i guess haha

I can’t wait to start growing out doors. I’ve got big plains this summer. Im going to inbreed some Big Buds or Zkittlez. I ran out of seeds this winter 
. Got stuck growing some bag seed. Yeah I figured you’d get some seeds out of that grow. And if I’m not mistaken they should be feminized. So your set. Im looking forward to seeing the next grow man.
