My foolproof distillate sour gummy recipe. Just like a real gummy

I wonder if adding a little lecithin would help distribute the distillate. Btw, thanks for the temp. chart.

No worries @Tejas, if I’m using a double boiler then temps don’t matter much since we can’t go higher then water boiling temp. If you can then definitely use lecithin, it’ll make the product uniform. If you look up in the thread you’ll some info/articles about the differences between sunflower and soy lecithin. The most important would be that it’s liquid. I don’t think you’ll need much.

I did read that and I used the sunflower lecithin, but not the liquid type. I need to run some down.
