I see, but I dont see any sign of burning, it could be overwatering and less N than needed… but now dont give more N… next time… just let yellow it out now… and keep it on drier side… when leafs will yellow out and drop down, you can chop it. but next time feed just regularly till the end… I dont think anybody needs some flushing or take feeding down when using organic ferts.
but feed those others with N still.
with big south pump you will not have these problems… it is easier to grow. although chocfunks are the easiest thai hybrids to grow in the world hehehehe. but still it needs some experience.

Choc Funk Day 73 11/13
I’ve spread them out now the last of the MB is drying. These pics should represent the size and weight of the buds better with my hand in some shots. They are smelling much more musky and mature with not so much green apple/sour mango. I’ll try to explain the aroma better closer to chop day. I think they will need chopping a few weeks apart.
I like flower structure of chocfunks. choc thai is extremely popular variety, it is in many strains. including MB. in chocfunk toms thaihaze helps to keep it at thai side a lot, while little indica helps it to be adaptative to indoor environment, so it can give good results even to those who are not indoor tropical cultivar experts.
Now THAT is what I like my weed to look like. Have never had the pleasure of growing anything that does that…yet! Sweet job my man and what fantastic genetics you got to run. Can’t wait for the smoke report so had to hit the watch tab

I can leave it longer, no problem. All the pistils are brown except for a little new growth on a couple of tips. Not much aroma now and the buds are getting scratchy to the touch. I have removed a lot of leaves as they wilted.

I can detect some chocolate now with a little fuel on the mature looking girl. The others still have strong sour and much longer to go. Maybe more than 13 weeks…
I got cut, that I used as mother, from guy who is fool into chocolate strains, he has big collection of cut, he has thaitanic, chocolope, chocolate diesel, chocolate trip/deep chunk, he even keep glue/diesel cut which is like chemdogD with chocolate… and the cut I chose for chocfunk he calles choc thai LOL but it is not, I am sure it is hybrid, but I have no clue with what… I was thinking about using his chocolate diesel first, but this one I used has great long lasting effect, more lasting than those others he had… really remarkable duration for hybrid like 3/4 hours, chocolope was great smoke too, but only 2 hours of effect and chocolate diesel even less than 2 hours… I am not light weight… thaihaze male makes it more sativa, more cerebral, more psychedelic and more uplifting etc.
this cross was not in first plan at all. but as I tested my thaihaze male with trainwreck/thai(mentholated lemons spice) or with bshw(bshw is fruity turpentine sandalwood smells, no chocolate in it) I got chocolate phenos… I am sure it is from thaihaze male… he puts out some chocolate phenos occasionally. so I thought it is good idea to hit some chocolate cut, and it seems it was good choice… choc funk is chocolate smells and keeps wonderful thai high effect, which is special to me and I love that effect… so different from todays weed.

Hey @MAHAKALA I call this Choc Funk the Silver pheno. Chocolate fuel aroma and fast maturing with a generous layer of trichomes and plenty of weight! I’ll try to take some cuttings as she looks like a winner

This one is the “Green Apple” for the aroma and appearance. Will take a little longer to ripen. I’ll take a couple of cuts of this one too. Good trichs and massive buds like her sister. You never know… she could be “the one”!
sure bro, none of them you showed look like mother. Mr. Shine is very dominant, he runs over other genetics like tank.
after smoking you will see… it is not that hard to find keeper, but not so easy like at MB.
yeah you can chop it soon I think, look to lunar calendar if it says to chop on your Island, I dont know what is lunar phase at you.
you are very lucky. everybody is looking for choc thai which would kick like back in the days. and you have it under your hands right now, in modern F1 hybrid form. as close as it can get… what else to add? maybe just… ENJOY!!!
