Oh forgot to say I raised the light on the meat breath by 30cm. I suddenly remembered the light can really fry em good lol! They got tall, suddenly… Of course they were projected to triple in size. I also watered, I usually try and water every other day… 3 days max. Remember what they say…don’t try to be a fucking hero.
ok king tuts! I will be checking them today under the 'scope for sure. Sooo close to being done I can smell it.
The plants themselves are looking a little peaked… the nutrient levels are super low.
meat breath is blooming up nicely! I can smell their smell changing and filling the room with blooms.
ker-plunk! After I have the air lines found/prepped I’ll have a batch planted! Hopefully by tomorrow… depending on how busy I am… playing space engineers lol! Just kidding, I’ll be working like a dog.
The trichome with the color in the stalk, I measured the color as going 120micrometers up the stalk and the stalk is a total of 170.
great shot of the Tric
all the best

The smallest plant fell over a bit, so I secured it with a pipe cleaner! Probably going to need more than one support, though.
I got all the air lines out, found some more stainless nuts! Today is the day I plant the new crop. Hopefully I can scrub up a pathogen free zone for more clones as well. Then get rid of that whole setup I used to generate them. I put it back to block the light, but I’m not sure how fast or if those buggers will die. New clones seem to be surviving though, so things may have calmed down. I won’t rely on “may” though, I will scrub it with clone chamber scrubbins’ aka dish detergent.
AAAH! Fuck that other thread got depressing fast. Where’s my fucking torch…man…sanity please…where are you!!! dabs mad hash like mad must block out terrible thoughts!
Good news is now that I know the magnification of the image is stored in exif data. This means any of those photos I take now…and not the earlier ones where I didn’t have a clue, I can go back and measure any time, I just load it up in the software and draw a measurement.
I have everything in their final place. It’s temporary-final place. When I get the big bud out of there, the new plants will be moved under the light. I’ll post some updates through the day as I get things fired up. The new big bud clones are surviving…still. And I think the male clone has roots. I will make a new batch of big bud clones as I mentioned before, but I also might keep the survivors too. After all… they did just survive a pathogen exposure that killed over 50% of the clones.
That’s another thing. You can’t tell me how 50% of the clones actually survived vs the 50% that died. It seems to me like the closer it was to the colony the less it’s chances of survival. Just a wild theory based on observation.
ok water is busy reaching normal temps. I warm it up from a couple degrees celsius before I plant them. I found with plants like tomato it would go into shock and wilt when it hit the cold ass water. So I reason it’s probably better for the plants in general not to get a shock like that. Oh I warm it up by bubbling air through the water, pretty basic, and I test it with the temp gun. BEEP.
ok I did all the crap. Planted the plants, got the solution bumped up to grow.I planted the pelargonium as well.
heh heh bet you never thought you would see someone pump a geranium/pelargonium in hydro.
well looks like some of the trichomes are starting to turn.
It got kind of jumbled, I smashed it with the exacto, had to extract a single bud from the mass.
ok here’s an out of focus shot of the new transplants. If you expect transplant shock…you are in for a shock. They basically went from the original home to their new home in the exact same conditions. Same temp, same EC same ph…etc.
ok here’s the meat breath. I got a purple king tut bud in there as well. They are purpling up nice!
I think tomorrow is going to be harvest time. Fuck, second wave COVID is making me twitchy. Time to start bathing in tincture, keep the COVID nits at bay lol where’s my space suit, shit’s gettin’ real.
