The seed pod seems stuck on the c99 somehow. Eventually I’ll see why, but for now, the seedling is meeting all targets for normal development.

The seed pod is stuck on the root somehow. Once I plant that thing, I’ll determine why!

sensi star seedlings! Doing their thing!

Interesting that’s how you start your seeds for dwc no rapid rooters?

Yah, the method I use now is the same one I use for all seeds I am planting in hydro. I planted the C99 in there today! It had gained lots of vertical growth since yesterday. One of the haze is growing new leaves already. Annnnd I got all the components :crossed_fingers: for the ventilation system. Clamps, ducts, reducers, modern carbon filter. The new filter was costly, but it is modern, so it’s 10% the weight of the old one. Since I’m hanging it from the ceiling, I thought a lighter one might be in order.
Oh the C99 had some extra plant material inside the husk of the seed that the root grew through, joining the root and the seed pod. I just removed the gunk with a tooth pick, so now the seedling is normal looking.

fast and furious seedlings! 2 sensi on the outside and a C99 in the middle. The seedlings themselves will never complete a bloom cycle, they’ll be trashed and the clones will bloom. All in the name of weeding out males and hermies.

Does the neoprene keep your plants from falling into your buckets? I was having an issue keeping my plants from falling into their buckets.

The neoprene supports the small plants, but I have strings that come down from the ceiling with a pipe cleaner on the end. I wrap the pipe cleaner around the stem but not in a way that will cut into it. The neoprene actually just blocks the light, and I usually pull it out of there during bloom because no light makes it down there into the bucket at that point.

Oh yeah okay. That makes a lot more sense.

For some strange reason both of the sensi have a sideways leaf on the same side. C99 looks completely normal though. The new sensi leaves that are growing aren’t like that, only the first one. I wonder if it was something I did… even though I didn’t do anything different lol!

I plopped in a fantasmo auto cbg seed! That seedling is moving right into a large bucket. That’s what I’m planning anyways! It’s an experimental plant, that I am really curious about. I plan on making hash and probably live rosin. Why, you ask? Cuz I can  I want to see if there is really any difference in the texture, or if the hash really comes out kind of the same with the same treatment no matter what kind it is. Also… knowledge! I am really loving the outdoor auto plant, it’s taught me so much!

You can see only one of the sensi has the sideways leaf now. It looks like some kind of scar on the side of the leaf that makes it go sideways. Perhaps it’ll grow out normal after a bit but who cares? Since it’s just the first “real” leaf, there’ll be many more to replace it.
Crazy story, I’m not like some kind of hobo anymore! I’m optimistic that shit is all in the past now. Took about a year of grubbing around.

I think I have to up the EC a bit…but I’m not sure my batteries in the meter are failing. I should charge em up.

The harlequin plant fell over! I can’t wait to get those fucking tubes up… all I need is some fasteners and a bit of hay wire. It’s all ready to go. I was thinking of stripping some of the growth off the harlequin… give it a bit of breathing room. I’m bringing my accounting program back online, but I forgot how complex it is to set up… apache, php, ssl, postgres database. All I have to do now is install all the html handling stuff and create the empty tables. It’s actually easier in linux because you don’t have to hunt around for different versions of the stuff.

I still don’t see any action from the cbg plant, the seed hasn’t popped. That’s ok, I’ll just leave it alone.

ok! Little CBG seedling is producing a root. 100% germ on this last batch! The CBG has it’s own bucket set aside for growing in the veg room. We’ll see what happens… that’s the only promise I make  uhhh it was fantasmo I think. I’m going to make hash out of all these fucking crazy plants like harlequin and fantasmo. I’m seeing if there is any real difference in the consistency or trichomes… whatever. Gaining insights.

got a hole poked there for the fantasmo seedling. I’m wrestling with the postgres database I forgot which permissions I need! My mistake was restoring some old data in an sql script I think it changed things in a bad way lol! Time to drop the tables and start over.
Still waiting… and waiting… lol for the delivery. I should go take some photos and stuff while I wait.
