Ok, update time. Been a little while since I had a serious update, so here goesā¦
The Black Creams are deadā¦ well, I chopped em, but they are dead and hanging. Gotta say, I let them go a few weeks longer than I would have if they were for smoke (they were for seed). And not sure if this was age, or I didnāt notice before, but damn, just grab a fan leaf and give a sharp pull, and it was off. No stringers, no āone leaf bladeā crap. Defoliated most large fans before hanging, and it wont be bad to trim the sugars should I choose. Since theres tons of seeds in them, these mught just be processed for hash, havenāt decided yet.
The Tropicana Poison F2 has also been cut and is hanging full of seeds. Kinda funny but her buds remind me of an anime hairdoā¦
AND the 2x4 curing tent is setup and it seems to be getting dialed in. I use Home Assistant to control all sorts of things, and in this case I have it controlling a humidifier, and dehumidifier in the tent. Had to scrounge up a circulation fan because without it the humidity was swinging from 58 to 72 by the time air reached the sensor to trigger the next event. Simply putting a small fan in to help circulate the newly moistened / dried air has cut those swings down to a 1% swing, from 59% to 61%. Seems that an ESP32 sensor updates even more frequently than a Govee sensor (which I know is 2 seconds). The grow tents can be dialed in to the percent, but they also use active ventilationā¦ Still, being able to guarantee my nugs are drying at 60% humidity for sure is one thing off my mind. We turned the heat on here on 11/1, and with forced hot air I just went from 70% RH in the house to 40% RH. Gonna be like that all winter nowā¦

The poor auto tent is looking a bit empty, and will lose even more plants in the coming week. The Blueberry Jack Herers are also loaded with seed, and the āBlonde Nugā is gonna get cut as wellā¦ Gonna be a bittersweet moment, thats the most interesting bud I have ever grownā¦The northern lights auto seems to be dragging her feet though she seems to be literally tossing seeds at me when I look at her. Confusing one for sure.
I do have some Cherry Brandy, Spacewiz and Tycho Monoliths to go in there shortlyā¦ The three in the front are a pair of Tychoās to the right and a cherry brandy on the left. Spacewiz decided to throw me an early male, so I put him with the female spacewiz with the most buds in the love shack to get it on. I also had to toss a male cherry brandy in there, though heās not ready to open his pollen sacs quite yet.
The photo tent is cruising along, the UFS#18 is happily making seeds, and the other buds for smoking are developing nicelyā¦

Also met up with @Cormoran this weekā¦ Swapped some nug for cookies (That boy can bake!), swapped a few seeds and gave him the tour. I even forced him to leave with a few rooted cuttings (I have too many lol but just cant kill em lol) ā¦
Been jarring up the last outside lady, and I have to say, so far, these are the best smelling jars I ever had. Pure lemondrop candies. Yay!!! Also put down a few testers and the black cream seeds are 5 for 5, and the blueberry herer are 2 for 5 so farā¦ The NL cross seems to be taking its time and none have sprouted yetā¦
